Comfy Cubs is seeking an experienced and highly organized E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our global marketplace operations. This is a full-time, in-house role based in our Miami office. The E-commerce Manager will take ownership of day-to-day marketplace execution while leading an overseas team and ensuring all strategies and SOPs are implemented effectively from start to finish.


This role reports directly to the Managing Partner and plays a key role in maintaining account health, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all marketplaces.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 overseas employees across customer service, marketplace operations, and data analytics.


  • Take SOPs and strategic direction from the Managing Partner and implement them end-to-end with full ownership and accountability.


  • Own all day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring smooth execution and performance across platforms.


  • Plan, manage, and forecast deals, promotions, and key sales events.


  • Communicate closely with internal teams and department leads to ensure alignment and execution across the company.


  • Manage and maintain relationships with marketplace points of contact, while proactively creating new relationships as needed.


  • Ensure all marketplace accounts remain compliant, healthy, and in good standing at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help drive our international supply chain operations as we scale. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, you’ll manage the daily complexities of international vendor relationships, container logistics, and buying operations while bringing strategic thinking to optimize costs and improve performance across our supply chain.


You’ll be our supply chain problem-solver—the person who manages vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and China, coordinates container flow into our warehouse, oversees buying and lead time planning, and holds vendors accountable to their commitments. Key Responsibilities

International Vendor Management & Container Logistics

  • Manage vendor relationships across Turkey, Pakistan, India, and China—these are your vendors to own

Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment

  • Know what we fulfill in-house vs. what goes to other channels and how it all comes together

Warehouse Support & Container Flow

  • Coordinate container receiving schedules and capacity planning with the warehouse team
  • Support warehouse expansion and operations optimization initiatives

  • Coordinate between supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure smooth container processing


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Directly supervise three employees: Supply Chain Analyst, Buyer, and Supply Chain Associate

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, international logistics, or global sourcing
  • Proven experience managing container flows from overseas manufacturers
  • Background working with vendors in Asia (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey) preferred
  • Experience with multi-channel fulfillment operations (Amazon FBA, retail fulfillment) highly valued
  • Prior supervisory experience managing direct reports


Supply Chain & Technical Skills

Overview

The Senior Buyer is responsible for building and executing profitable assortments that drive sales, margin, and inventory productivity across multiple channels (DTC, Wholesale, Amazon). Key Responsibilities

Buying & Assortment Ownership

  • Own buys for assigned categories, building balanced assortments that align with brand strategy, customer demand, and financial targets.

The Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our collaborative five-person (expanding to six) supply chain and logistics team. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, sharing responsibilities and learning the full scope of international e-commerce operations.

This is a team-based role—you won't be doing this alone. We cross-train, support each other when someone's out, and tackle projects collaboratively. Some days you'll focus on your core responsibilities, other days you'll jump in on sourcing projects or warehouse tracking initiatives. What You'll Work On (As Part of the Team)


Supply Chain Operations

  • Support tracking of inbound containers from overseas vendors (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey)

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Provides records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions, balancing books periodically, and preparing profit and loss, income, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

    • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
  • State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Boston, MA.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $145,400 to $154,500 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
