American Omni Trading is seeking an E-Commerce Customer & Operations Lead to support the growth of our Tire Squire e-commerce business. This role is responsible for managing daily marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central and eBay , including customer support, advertising campaigns, order management, and inventory coordination.
This is a hands-on operational role where you will initially manage the process yourself and eventually build and lead a team as the business scales .

You’ll sit at the center of strategy, partnering with media, content, and external agencies to connect paid and organic performance to real commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will build decision-ready reporting, diagnose performance drivers, and define the test-and-learn agenda that improves ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates, and profitability across thousands of SKUs. What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Compliance & Product Safety Specialist based in New Albany, IN. The Import Compliance & Product Safety Speciailist/Manager is responsible for overseeing all import regulatory compliance, customs classification, and product safety testing requirements for the company. This role ensures full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA), applicable ASTM standards, and marketplace-specific requirements such as Amazon testing protocols.
This position will lead testing strategy, certification management, HTS classification, duty optimization, broker coordination, and audit readiness. The role is critical to protecting the company from shipment delays, penalties, recalls, and unnecessary duty expense.
Key Responsibilities
CPSIA / CPSA Product Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with CPSIA requirements for children’s products and other applicable CPSA-regulated product categories.
- Manage all required Children’s Product Certificates (CPCs) and General Certificates of Conformity (GCCs).

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) has three main responsibilities:
- Project Manage all technical tasks during implementation and upgrades.
- Install and configure servers and the Care Logistics applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on premise.
- Perform technical operations and oversee availability, performance, and supportability of our observability infrastructure.
The TPM acts as the project manager and liaison between Care Logistics and the customer for all technical activities. Role Overview
The Product Development Manager is responsible for managing the product development lifecycle from initial concept through manufacturing handoff. This role ensures products are designed, engineered, tested, and documented to meet the requirements of each sales channel and/or partner while remaining operationally efficient and aligned with brand standards.
The role partners closely with the Production team, who manage mass manufacturing and are actively involved throughout sampling, validation, and factory ramp-up.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, engineering, manufacturing, compliance, and omni-channel commerce.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle

- Drive resolution of technical challenges uncovered during development and sampling
Sampling & Factory Collaboration
- Oversee the sampling process in close collaboration with the Production team and overseas factories
- Review and approve samples across function, materials, color, print, construction, and packaging
- Ensure samples reflect final retail-ready and DTC-ready specifications, minimizing late-stage changes
Manufacturing Handoff
- Own the final handoff to Production once a product is development-complete
- Ensure all documentation is finalized, including specs, testing protocol, packaging requirements, and channel-specific variations
- Support Production during early manufacturing runs to ensure design intent, quality, and channel requirements are maintained
Compliance, Testing & Retail Readiness
- Ensure products comply with all relevant U.S. and international safety standards (e.g., ASTM, CPSIA, Prop 65)
- Work with production team to account for retailer-specific compliance, packaging, labeling, and testing requirements
- Partner with testing labs and internal teams to manage certifications, warnings, and documentation for all sales channels
Cross-Functional & Omni-Channel Management
- Serve as the central hub between Design, Production, Sourcing, Marketing, E-commerce, and Retail partners
- Communicate channel-specific tradeoffs, timelines, and risks clearly to leadership
- Help build scalable product development systems that support rapid DTC launches and large retail programs simultaneously
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in product development, ideally within consumer products, outdoor goods, inflatables, or adjacent categories
- Proven experience guiding products from concept through manufacturing handoff

We're hiring an E-Commerce Manager to own the day-to-day operations and growth of our clients' online stores. This role sits at the intersection of store operations, marketing, and platform optimization. You'll be the person making sure stores are running smoothly, products are set up correctly, promotions are executing on time, and that we're always finding smarter ways to drive sales.
This isn't a project management role that happens to touch e-commerce. We need someone who really knows Shopify and online retail, someone who brings real opinions about how stores should be built, optimized, and grown, and who can execute on that vision across a diverse portfolio of artist and brand storefronts. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description
Responsible for managing and growing multiple ecommerce partners, including customer relationships, product content, supply chain operations, promotions, and merchandising. Self-motivation, analytical talent, and great communication skills are important to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
· Formulate and execute tactics to drive sales for our products on existing partner ecommerce sites.
· Online merchandising for our digital product catalog, product feeds, product attributes, and variation.
· Help build and variate SKUs on multiple ecommerce partners.
· Reviews website visitor feedback, reviews, and digital analytics to evaluate and optimize product details such as attributes, imagery, and videos to optimize sales online and traffic into stores.
· Translate on-site tests and optimizations into clear and actionable insights through thoughtful data collection, in-depth analysis, sharp observations, smart story-telling, and compelling presentations.
· Supervise an ecommerce customer service and content assistant.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
· At least 3 years ecommerce experience selling products on Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, or Home Depot.
· Understanding what drives volume sales by SKU across many products on high volume ecommerce sites.
· Home décor and furniture experience would be ideal. If a candidate does not have that experience, however, a passion for furniture and home décor is necessary.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills, have a passion for data-driven decision making, thrive on challenges, and have a proven history of successful ecommerce growth.
