We are currently seeking responsible and dependable Local Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates (Multiple Locations Hiring) to join our growing operations team. Drivers will operate within their local area, picking up automotive parts from nearby warehouses and delivering orders to customers within assigned routes.


This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates, and we are currently hiring in multiple locations across the United States. Qualified candidates will be assigned delivery routes within their local region or state.

Key Responsibilities


Safely transport and deliver automotive parts to customers within assigned local routes

Pick up orders from designated warehouse locations within your region

Load and unload packages and materials for delivery

Verify delivery details and maintain accurate delivery records

Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes efficiently

Maintain communication with dispatch or operations when needed

Provide professional and courteous service during deliveries

Ensure packages are handled carefully to avoid damage during transport

Knowledge and Skills Required

Job Summary

Serving within the Research Faculty of the Institute, this position directly supports the extension, service, and economic development missions of Georgia Tech to the State of Georgia and beyond. Primarily this position provides entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration services to ATDC (Advanced Technology Development Center) member companies in strategic areas that foster development and encourage their growth. Georgia Tech EIRs (Entrepreneur-In-Residence) are comprised of seasoned entrepreneurs and/or angel investors with successful business backgrounds in order to help guide ATDC companies through high growth/funding stages. The Sales Specialist 1 is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by executing the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.   • Drive guest engagement using the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model, connect behaviors to sales outcomes, and support guest satisfaction goals.
  • Assess daily results, partner with leadership on behavioral expectations, and develop monthly proficiency plans using sales reporting tools.
  • Promote a positive store culture that delights guests and achieves revenue targets.
  • Execute style guide directives, oversee merchandising and labeling, and ensure completion of Sales Merchandising Fundamentals on the showroom floor.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with company asset protection standards.
  • Assist with furniture assembly and preparation according to company guidelines.
  • Utilize company tools effectively and adhere to operational processes.
  • Able to work weekends and most holidays, lift furniture up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations and enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred. High volume experience is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.

Compensation: $15.50 - $20.15

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
