The Warehouse Part Time Overnight, instore, helps provide and deliver the right products to our customers by safely unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking departments. This associate handles hazardous materials, replaces damaged shelving, keeps the backroom organized, and ensures equipment is charged. Additionally, this associate organizes merchandise and top stock to set up stores for sales success. To be successful, the associate must understand and prepare for the physical demands of moving merchandise for the majority of his/her shift.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

Part Time/ Temp Warehouse Specialist working with back orders, inventory counts, Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to customers, and parts returns. Additional responsibilities: shipping/receiving, hose assembly, inventory storage, and order picking activities for the Parts Department. Part-Time/Temp position needed Spring 2026 (April) through Fall 2026 (August)

• Complete required paperwork and computer data entry.
• Provide primary material handling duties within the department
• Assist customers and shop personnel by pulling orders and other needs as required.

This position works in both a warehouse environment with some outside exposure and office environment. May, on a continuous basis sit at a desk for long periods of time, answer phone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. May on a continuous basis, walk, bend and lift up to 75 pounds. The wearing of approved safety equipment (i.e. safety glasses with side shields and steel toe footwear) is required. Noise level in the office is usually low and the noise level in the warehouse may range from low to moderate. Must be flexible during peak season to work overtime as needed. Occasional local travel may be required to deliver parts to customers. Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. • As the Evening Operations Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in closing operations from 4:30 p.m. until the last driver returns (typically between 8:30-9:30 p.m.), making a direct impact on the company's daily success.
• With oversight of our fleet and drivers, you'll ensure vehicles and supplies are always ready for the next shift.
• Step into leadership and show your skills by coaching and supporting our drivers.
• Bring your organizational skills to the table by managing inventories and ensuring all devices and vehicles are prepped for seamless operations.
• Potential growth to full time opportunities if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage inventory of supplies and driver devices, reordering as necessary.
• Organize and prep vehicle bags for the following day's operations (morning role) or complete nightly inventories and closing checks (evening role).
• Communicate with drivers regarding any routing, app, or device issues and provide solutions.
• Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability to any changes.
• Lead with a positive attitude, helping drivers understand and comply with policies and safety goals.

What We're Looking For:

• A customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and an analytical approach to solving problems.
• Flexibility to work five days per week (including one weekend day) in the evening (4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) shift. Additional shifts are available if desired.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to use excel, outlook, slack, etc.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background check.
• Comfortable with smartphones and navigating apps.
• Able to lift, bend, and move efficiently throughout the shift.
• At least 18 years of age.
