This role includes a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) rotation approximately once every 10–12 weeks at the hospital. Shifts may range from a half day to a full day, depending on census. This is a casual position intended to provide coverage for open shifts due to PTO, leaves of absence, and other staffing needs.

This Registered Nurse (RN) will care for the following Critical and Intermediate Care specialties:

What You'll Do in This Role:
- Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing care that is holistic, compassionate, and centered on the individual needs of each patient.
- Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right.

Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
Must Meet the Following Qualifications:
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Current ICU RN with a minimum of 9 months’ experience or within the last year as an ICU RN (equivalent to 1248 hours). Including experience with various vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
