Job Title: Cabin Rebrand Engineer

Job Summary
The Cabin Rebrand Engineer will be part of the Cabin Rebrand team responsible for transforming aircraft cabin interiors to align with updated brand standards. This role supports the engineering conversion process through development and execution of Engineering Work Packages.
The position involves design development, regulatory compliance validation, documentation, and implementation of cabin interior upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and produce engineering programs, repairs, inspections, and alterations related to aircraft cabin interiors, including:
- Seats
- Lavatories
- Galleys
- Support maintenance and operational departments in executing cabin modification tasks.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Materials teams to coordinate programs, repairs, and modifications.
- Author and review engineering documentation such as:
- Engineering Repairs/Authorizations (ER/A)
- Action Authorizations (AA)
- AMDS work cards
- Engineering drawings (CAD)
- Substantiate airworthiness and regulatory compliance of engineering documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FAA, DOT, ICAO, FCC, OSHA regulations and Technical Operations Policy and Procedures (TOPP).
- Practice and promote safety-conscious behaviors in all processes.
Required / Preferred Qualifications
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in commercial airline, military, OEM, or MRO environments (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with:
- FARs and DOT regulations related to cabin components, materials, finishes, and flammability.
- Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and associated technical documentation.
- STC and ODA certification processes.
- Enterprise aviation maintenance systems (AMDS, Insight, OTIS, EARTH, SCEPTRE, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop comprehensive action plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, external suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Capability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based.

About the Role
Under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable Team, the Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring that their company receives all necessary payments from debtors. Their duties include monitoring accounts payable statements to identify debts owed to Ariat, contacting customers or business partners to notify them of overdue payments and documenting debts collected. A Collections Specialist manages a high volume of customer receivable through collections. It is essential to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Monitoring Ariat’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contacting customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
- Using credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
- Maintaining records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
- Managing customers’ orders on credit hold and coordinates with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues or roadblocks.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints concerning their receivables.
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers and all functional groups essential to accomplish objectives.

About the Role
The Senior Financial Reporting & Treasury Accountant is a hybrid role supporting both Financial Reporting and Treasury functions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Ariat team. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating monthly financial statements for multiple entities, handling intercompany reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and supporting month-end close activities. You'll Make a Difference By
- Consolidating monthly financial statements for multiple entities, including managing intercompany eliminations.
- Coordinating the monthly settlement and reconciliation of intercompany balances.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts, performing variance analysis against budget and prior year performance.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Recording, maintaining, and reconciling company finance leases in compliance with ASC 842.
- Participating in the financial audit process and preparing audit schedules.
- Monitoring daily cash positions and managing movement of funds to meet daily operating needs
- Partnering with finance and accounting teams to create a routine cash forecasting process, including reviewing detailed variance analysis and explanations
- Bank account management including account openings, closures, maintenance, and administration of online banking systems
- Creating and maintaining bank master data for vendor payments in SAP
- Assisting the Accounting department with special projects and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience as an accountant, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup and reference functions, if statements, and data importing. Knowledge of SAP is preferred, with experience in Adaptive being a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial data and trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $23.00-$30.00, annualized from $47,840 - $62,400 + generous commission program. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
