Strategic Analysis & Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify transformation opportunities and areas for operational improvement

  • Work across functions, reporting the right level of information in a timely manner and delivering the right uplift strategy analysis to stakeholders


What is required:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, strategic finance, FP&A, or 2+ years of experience in transformation consulting or private equity
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree a plus – MBA or equivalent)
  • Strong business acumen and proven project management skills are required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
  • 4 days per week in office located in Auburn Hills, MI
  • Experience working for or with manufacturing companies strongly preferred, automotive industry experience a plus

Position Overview

The ICT Engineer will play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing network infrastructure, communications technologies, and intelligent building systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation in structured cabling, network systems, wireless technologies, and industry standards, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, field installation, and client teams.


Key Responsibilities

β€’Develop ICT infrastructure designs, drawings, and specifications including structured cabling, pathways, and equipment rooms

β€’Support outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) low-voltage system planning

β€’Create technical documentation, submittals, and as-built packages

β€’Perform site surveys, assessments, and technology audits

β€’Assist in wireless network planning, DAS coordination, and technology integration

β€’Provide engineering support during installation, testing, and commissioning

β€’Ensure compliance with TIA, BICSI, NEC, and relevant standards

β€’Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, engineers, and clients

β€’Troubleshoot ICT-related issues during design and build phases

β€’Participate in QA/QC reviews and support project close-out deliverables


Qualifications

Required

β€’Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field β€” OR equivalent experience

β€’Strong understanding of ICT design standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NEC)

β€’Knowledge of structured cabling, fiber, network hardware, pathways, and grounding

β€’Technical aptitude with network systems, Wi-Fi, DAS, and smart building technology

β€’Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills


Preferred

β€’BICSI credentials (RCDD, DCDC, TECH, INST, RTPM, etc.)

β€’CCNA, Network+, or similar networking certifications

β€’Experience with CAD, BIM, or modeling tools

β€’Experience in construction or technology integration environments

β€’Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
