    The Senior Welder is responsible for performing advanced welding, repair, and refurbishment of aerospace components within our MRO operation.     Key Responsibilities
    Welding & Repair Operations
    • Perform complex welding repairs on aerospace components in accordance with approved repair procedures, work instructions, and customer specifications.
    • Execute welding processes such as TIG (GTAW) and other applicable methods on aerospace alloys (e.g., nickel-based alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium).
    • Interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, repair manuals, and technical instructions.
    • Restore components to serviceable condition while maintaining dimensional integrity and material properties.

    Quality & Compliance
    • Ensure all welding and repair activities comply with AS9100, FAA/EASA requirements (as applicable), and internal quality procedures.

    Leadership & Mentorship

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • HS Diploma or equivalent, technical certification in welding.
    • 7+ years' of welding experience in an aerospace manufacturing or MRO environment.
