Overview


Ennoble Care is seeking an Associate Director of Communications Systems to own our Dialpad and Zoho CRM platforms end to end—from day-to-day administration to the analytics that drive operational decisions for clinical leadership and the C-suite.


This is not just a systems administration role. You'll inherit active automation projects in Zoho (workflow rules, field permissions, validation logic, cross-module integrations) and a growing analytics practice around Dialpad call data (transfer acceptance rates, queue performance, agent productivity). You'll be expected to build on both—and you'll have AI tools at your disposal to do it. We're actively using AI to automate workflows, analyze call data, and eliminate manual processes across both platforms. You'll be expected to leverage these tools to move faster than a traditional admin ever could.

Key Responsibilities


Dialpad Administration & Analytics (~610 users across 15+ offices and 11 states)


• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, license management (Connect vs Contact Center), number assignment, and extensions

• Configure and optimize call routing, IVR structures, queues, and office/department setup

• Build and maintain performance dashboards for clinical operations leadership—transfer acceptance rates (warm vs cold), queue performance, agent productivity, ring timeout analysis, voicemail detection

• Leverage AI tools to automate call data analysis, anomaly detection, and recurring reporting

• Track and report on KPIs weekly: call answer rate, abandon rate, average speed to answer, queue wait time

• Reduce bonus reconciliation from ~16 hours/month of manual work to near-zero through automation

Westgate Resorts is hiring Full-Time Rental Reservations Agents in Orlando, FL with a unique hybrid work model100% in-office for the first 90 days, then fully remote after training and passing quality checks. This role starts at $16/hr or $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish-speaking agents, with additional 10% evening differential and 15% weekend differential. As a Rental Reservations Agent, you will handle 40–50 inbound calls per day from Westgate guests, assisting with servicing reservations, general resort questions, reservation questions and collecting payments. This role requires strong communication skills, fast typing, problem-solving ability, and comfort navigating multiple systems at once. We are hiring immediately for the upcoming 4/16 class.

This is a structured call‑center environment with 4 weeks of in-office training (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm) followed by 2 weeks of nesting training, both with no time off allowed during the first 90 days. After nesting, the permanent schedule becomes 12:30pm–9:00pm on weekdays (two weekdays off) and a 10:00am–6:00pm weekend schedule. Job Description:

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the service department employees and processes at assigned branch locations, this includes responsibility for executing standard processes to provide a seamless customer experience through the service coordination function. The targeted pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual bonus. About the Role

We’re hiring our first Channel Manager to build and scale North’s reseller and distribution strategy.

This role will own entry, onboarding, and relationship management for cloud resellers, distributors, and strategic ecosystem partners. You’ll design how North works with channel partners from the ground up, defining incentives, enablement, deal flow processes, and ongoing relationship strategy.

This is a high-ownership, builder role. You won’t inherit a mature channel machine, you’ll create it.

What You’ll Do

Build the Channel Motion (0→1)
