Work with the Director of Merchandising on the planning, development, and execution of
an organization's merchandise strategy. This role involves analyzing market trends, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels. The goal is to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring that the merchandise aligns with the company's brand and customer expectations.

Assortment Planning:

Corporate Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department in El Segundo. The primary focus will be to support our internal Legal Team in day-to-day operations of the Company with potential specializations in contract management, intellectual property maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance initiatives and general corporate and litigation matters. Tasks will include: reviewing, editing, and managing communications, contracts and marketing materials (including coordinating review with other departments such as product, regulatory, and security teams, as necessary); registering and maintaining trademarks and copyrights; reviewing and updating corporate policies and procedures; and coordinating litigation activities, corporate insurance policies, integration and vendor intake and due diligence as part of M&A.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Legal Team with all aspects of contract intake and management, including primary oversight of internal and external-facing legal, privacy and compliance email inboxes and communication, triage and assigning projects to attorneys.
- Support the Legal Team with the maintenance of the corporate intellectual property portfolio, which involves, at minimum, the continuous curation of Company trademarks, copyrights and patents and the ability to properly register and update those items to meet corporate deadlines.
- Support the Legal Team with all aspects of the legal document review process, including expediting, prioritizing, summarizing, and reviewing contracts with prospects, customers, and vendors (such as NDAs, customer agreements, vendor intake and vendor agreements, business associate agreements, and other agreements that may arise).

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain to lead financial forecasting, performance tracking, and value creation efforts across the finished goods logistics network. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and execute initiatives that drive significant cost savings and improve delivery performance. The position reports to the Director – Supply Chain Finance and is based in Broomfield, Colorado, with an expectation of three days per week onsite.
The role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Support the Supply Chain finance team in the Month-End close, Quarterly Forecasting, Annual Budgeting and standard costing processes from planning to reporting.
- Partner with Procurement team to support sourcing changes, network optimization, and other risks & opportunities.
- Support Productivity initiatives through target-setting, tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in the building of standard pricing through analyzing pricing trends, forecasting inflation impacts and understanding productivity impacts.
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of financial analyst experience, preferably in consumer goods
- Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
- ERP Systems experience
- Expert Excel skills with the proven ability to produce high-end work products suitable for analysis
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and are always ready for new challenges.

The position reports to the Finance Manager – Logistics and is based in Broomfield, Colorado, with an expectation of three days per week onsite.
The role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to maximize the value of the logistics network.
- Support network optimization analysis and develop value creation strategies.
- Forecast transportation and storage expenses for finished goods from manufacturing sites to end customers.
- Analyze and report logistics expense variances to budget, latest forecast, and prior periods.
- Prepare regular updates on key performance indicators for the Executive Leadership Team.
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Finance or Operations, preferably within CPG beverage or food supply chain environments.
