Responsibilities:
Quality Strategy & Governance

- Support new factory launches, line transfers, and capacity expansions.
Supplier & Component Quality
- Define supplier quality standards for critical major appliance components including compressors, sealed systems, gas components, heaters, motors, PCBs, wiring harnesses, insulation, coatings, and structural parts.
- Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance.
- Partner with Sourcing to mitigate supply risk and manage supplier change control.
- Lead resolution of high-risk supplier quality issues.
Customer Quality, Field Performance & Warranty
- Own customer quality metrics including warranty claims, field failures, service call rates, and repeat repairs.
- Partner with Service, Field Operations, and Retail partners to analyze failure trends.
- Lead structured root cause analysis and corrective actions for systemic issues.
- Drive continuous reduction of warranty cost and field campaigns.
Cost of Poor Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and manage Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) across plants and suppliers.

- Deploy Lean Six Sigma and reliability engineering methodologies.

As a Screen Print Operator, this role is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of a press machine. The Press Operator responds to work orders, set up, operates, troubleshoots press and performs direct physical activity to complete work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Production Associates ensure that each athlete we serve looks their best and compete with confidence. You'll work in one of the following roles: Digital Print, Embroidery, or Screen Print. General responsibilities include:
- Review work orders, observes specifications and any special notes and prepares work area to print multi-color work on garments.
- Ensure that your machine and work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift end, including disposing all trash and plastic bags, cleaning ink spills, clean all used screens and squeegees by scrapping off excess ink and put in the proper area.
- Maintenance of the machine includes ensuring that the press is kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per week.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
- At least 2-3 years of continued work experience

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site General Manager role, based in North Austin, TX. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff performance. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising team members, implementing and enforcing company policies, and maintaining operational excellence. The General Manager will work to optimize location performance, plan and manage events, and contribute to a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers and employees alike.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in budget management, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
- Experience in the hospitality industry, bar/restaurant operations, or event management
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with guests
- Knowledge of inventory control, vendor management, and operational compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar General Manager role is preferred
