The Community Health and Well Being Team is looking to hire a PRN Medical Assistant for our Mobile Health Clinic that visits rural locations across the Treasure Valley!
Position Summary & Highlights:The mobile health clinic offers healthcare and vaccination services in rural and underserved communities in Western Idaho and Eastern Oregon – migrant farms, homeless shelters, patient homes, etc.
In this MA position you would be working with marginalized and underserved populations; many do not speak English as their first language.
This clinic operates like an Urgent Care model working with a provider and RN.
The PRN position will not qualify for benefits, but qualifies for retirement and employee discounts.
Full orientation and training will be required including in-person classes at our Boise Regional Medical Center. Some flexibility may be needed to complete the required training.
As the MA you will be performing rooming, patient intakes, point of care testing, administering vaccinations, and assisting with provider exams, along with diabetes and heart screening.
Duties also include follow up with the patients and troubleshooting social determinants to ensure health and well-being.
You will also drive the RV after you have been trained in its operation.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys leadership opportunities and would be comfortable with this type of clinic setting.
In addition, being bilingual in Spanish and having a medical interpreter certification is preferred, but not required.
Some other things to know about this position are:
This is a mobile unit, there can be significant drive time to the clinic location with some set up.
There is also a lot of movement of items in and out of the RV/vans so lifting and carrying is required.
Some clinics run into the evening or on weekends (with pay differentials).
Weather is sometimes a factor, either for driving or at clinic. It can be, and has been, cold/hot at clinics. We do our best to mitigate with equipment, etc.
There will be real time documentation in our medical record (Epic) with follow-up work after clinics required – patient results review and notification, provider communication, etc.
Performance and competency training of basic clinical skills: vitals, point of care testing, venipuncture, assisting with procedures, ear lavage, etc.
Work Hours:
5 clinics per month will be conducted. This position will work 2 of those shifts per month.
The clinic rotates Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, 1 per month and will operate 8:00am - 5:00pm.
The other clinic days are still being determined, but may be offered on an occasional Saturday.
Pay differentials offered for weekend shifts when available.
Most clinics will be located in Canyon County.
Will offer clinics in Ontario/Baker once a month.
May be adding new locations in the Boise area in the future.
Locations are subject to change based on patient care needs in the community.
Will be at least 2-3 full days each week in the first two weeks, plus self-paced e-learning.
Includes EPIC Training, Quality Orientation, POC test training, and immunization training.
High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire.
MA certification required within 90 days of hire from one of the following Saint Alphonsus approved agencies:

The Company currently has an opportunity for a National Key Account Manager for our mobile surveillance systems selling into the Retail industry. The role requires an ambitious and results-driven sales "hunter" as the role's emphasis is on cold calling and prospecting efforts leading to new logo acquisition and expanded strategic presence within the Retail sector. Specific responsibilities include:
New Business and Expand Existing Business Revenue
- Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by cold calling and prosecting key accounts in the Retail vertical nationwide.
- Research and identify potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and indirect methods such as networking, referrals and industry databases. Schedule and conduct self-generated sales meetings and fully explore the customer’s needs/requirements. Identify, qualify and assess customers' needs to determine suitable products and services. Demonstrate the most relevant products and services that will support each customer’s needs.
- Work closely with the internal Sales support team in scheduling and conducting scheduled sales presentations with customers. Conduct meetings booked by the internal Inside Sales (BDE) team and fully explore the customer’s needs/requirements. Demonstrate the most relevant products and services that will support each customer’s needs.
- Perform in-depth and informative reporting on activities for review by internal Sales management. Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor activity, including upcoming threats/opportunities, as necessary to assist new product development and marketing efforts.
- Utilize the Company's CRM system to prepare all new equipment sales or rental quotes and maintain up to date status of pipeline development, business development activities, customer contact information, notes and any other relevant customer information.
Sales Planning and Administration
- In conjunction with the National Sales Manager and internal Business Development team, plan an effective sales strategy for the vertical, execute plan and deliver monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Provide internal Sales management with accurate weekly pipeline of activity and sales forecast and opportunities.
- Maintain all sales, customer information and activity in the CRM.
- Provide additional data, sales and/or customer information to internal Sales management when requested.
Marketing
- Attend regular marketing strategy meetings with Marketing and Sales management to discuss marketing plans and lead generation activity. Provides feedback to Marketing on effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and programs.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of four to six years of previous B2B commercial sales experience in the CCTV, access control, electronics or related industry selling into the Retail industry required.
- Must be competent in cold calling and have key characteristics of a ‘hunter’.
- Must have proven track record in achieving activity-based sales targets on short and/or medium sales cycle.
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development, sales forecasting and marketing strategy.
- An excellent communicator who can build, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers and internal staff with ease.
- Excellent presentation skills required and experience conducting customer sales meeting virtually and in person.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales orders is required.
- Effective computer skills to include MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel), Outlook and Teams. Previous experience using CRM such as Salesforce required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
- An annual base salary up to $80,000 basic salary per year DOE and up to $50,000 bonus per year, with a projected OTE of $130,000 per year for high performing sales incumbents.

The Product Manager Mobile owns defines the strategy, roadmap, and feature sets for the Family Dollar Mobile Applications, acting as the intersection between business, user experience, and technology. The Product Manager will be heavily engaged in the entire product lifecycle—from conception to launch and beyond—by collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver value. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, prioritizing backlogs, and analyzing metrics to guide product success. Develop and communicate the product strategy, vision, and roadmap to stakeholders. Guide products from concept through development, launch, and eventual retirement. Research market trends, analyze competitors, and gather user feedback to define product needs. Translate business strategies into detailed, actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering teams. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer demand, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product releases.
This role is responsible for the design of the solution for business initiatives developed in the above areas in collaboration with the Director IT Digital Solutions. The Product Manager needs to be highly collaborative, well organized, with strong communication & problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have management experience to lead individual contributor(s), contractors & vendors as the role evolves over time to include additional digital responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Define and drive a product roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and platform capabilities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
• Bachelors' degree or 2+ years of experience in product management, or 4-5+ years in related roles like software development, marketing, or project management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX design principles, and A/B testing.
•Ability to think strategically and add value to the business
•Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members
•Knowledge of React Native coding best practices
•Knowledge of Java and Swift coding best practices
•Knowledge of Oracle Commerce a plus

Responsibilities
Summary:This position ensures excellent customer service through efficient and accurate job performance. Maintains adequate inventory of supplies on mobile truck and assures that the vehicle is clean. Ensures safe and on time delivery of the vehicle to the scheduled site and returned to the garage. Performs greeter role on blood drives. Completes all duties in a professional manner, including stripping and segmenting blood unit tubing and preparing units, samples, and donor medical records for shipment to the processing center efficiently and accurately.
Schedule: Hours vary from 5:00am - 10:00pm with rotating weekends. Flexibility in scheduling needed.

a. Participates in regular communication and monthly meetings with Operational Supervisor to discuss performance, expectations, recent events and changes in procedure

The hourly rate for this position is $24.55/hr.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
License:
Valid/Current CDL (Class A OR Class B w/ Airbrakes)
