Responsible for providing technical support for the day-today production activities in the manufacture of custom, plastic components used in the assemblies of various medical devices. - Assist in the development and implementation of the siteβs EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, federal requirements.
- Provide EHS-related training to colleagues and contractors, including new-hire EHS orientation and refresher training.
- Design and lead the EHS FOCUS program (including annual refresher training [Talk]; monthly Walk activities; supervisor inspections [Detect]; process confirmation [Check]; and award recognition [Together]). Analyze data to continuously improve the program. Provide routine reports to management.

- Provide EHS expertise and support to dispersed workforce (e.g., technicians, sales force, veterinary staff, etc.) of Cattle, Poultry and Swine USA operations. Host monthly safety meetings with colleagues. Complete periodic ride-along visits to observe colleagueβs field operations and ensure implementation of EHS programs. Provide recommendations for safety improvements aimed at reducing risks, improving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and reducing injuries. Manage injury logs, workers compensation filings and internal reporting requirements,
- Conduct routine site audits, safety walks, environmental inspections and other related evaluations (as needed) to identify systemic EHS management gaps. Develop and track corrective measures and implement solutions to sustain compliance.
- Manage and report EHS-related information (injury/illness, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items) into the Companyβs EHS online system (Cority). Submit all EHS reports as required by regulatory authorities.
- Participate on injury/illness investigations and identify root cause and corrective/preventive actions. Provide coaching on practical EHS behaviors, work practices and solutions.
- Develops EHS notices, postings, newsletter and other communications, as requested.
- Participate on the siteβs Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee.
- This role will report to the siteβs EHS & Facility Manager and will interact with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Facilities, Engineering, Quality, Distribution and office operations including working with all levels of the organization and be visible in the operational areas to support a safe and compliant work environment.

Position Summary
- The Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Test Technician is responsible for performing complex technical functions related to the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of printed circuit board assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

What Youβll Do
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery for the Workday HCM Phase 1 implementation.
- Serve as the main liaison between HR, the SI, internal IT teams, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, decision logs, and overall program governance.
HCM Implementation & Design Support
- Partner with HR SMEs and SI to support business requirements, design sessions, configuration discussions, and functional validation.
- Act as the βvoice of reasonβ to ensure alignment, quality, and adherence to best practices.
Integrations & Data
- Lead the integration workstream in partnership with internal technical resources.
- Provide expertise on integration strategy, sequencing, and data flow requirements.

- Collaborate with teams to prepare, cleanse, and validate data for conversion cycles.
Reporting & Analytics

Audit & Compliance
- Advise on Workdayβs built-in audit capabilities and assess whether external tools may be needed.
- Provide recommendations for audit frameworks, controls, and ongoing data quality processes.
Go-Live & Hypercare
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and postβlaunch stabilization.
- Act as ongoing business support until the role transitions into a full-time HR tech function.
What Weβre Looking For
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience including at least 2β3 full implementation cycles.
- Strong background in project management or delivery management roles within HR technology.
- Experience partnering with or managing SIs during Workday deployments.
- Hands-on exposure to data conversion, integrations, reporting, and functional validation.
- Ability to guide HR stakeholders, challenge technical recommendations, and drive clarity and alignment.
- Excellent communication skills, comfort leading cross-functional teams, and strong decision-making abilities.
- Workday certification a plus, but not required.
- Experience with PeopleSoft is not required.

Rate Range: $72-74 /hour on W2 /C2C; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

- Role part of the finance tech organization, supporting the transition from PeopleSoft to Workday platform
- Project focus: implementation and go-live for Workday Financials (target date: mid-2027)
- Large, distributed team present across all listed locations
Key Skills & Experience
- 4β7 yearsβ experience in Workday Financials (core financials, expenses, procurement modules)
- Experience with Accounting Center and Prism (including configuration and security)
- Skills in designing, building and configuring, not only in support roles
- Experience with integrations, reporting, APIs (especially report as a service), EIVs, core connectors, custom/customer reports
- Bonus: experience across configuration, integrations, and Accounting Center; Workday Extend is a plus
- Experience in financials from other industries accepted; not limited to financial services or PeopleSoft background
- Candidates with hands-on build/design experience are prioritized over those with operational/support experience

Design Release Engineer
Interface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions that achieve design requirements & to ensure proper design interfaces with other components, and all requirements are met.
Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
Translate Functional Objectives into technical requirements and solutions
Create and analyze alternative design concepts
Integrating system components
Support Benchmarking of competitive vehicles.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and or MBA from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent).
Experience developing Performance Standards, Creating master sections and Surface feasibility proposal for PDO.
NX and Teamcenter knowledge.
Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems.
