Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and scale our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Driver/Operator Program. This role oversees daily AV operations, driver recruitment and training, compliance, safety performance, and crossβfunctional coordination to support safe, efficient, and highβquality autonomous vehicle testing and deployment.
This program is currently operating at Level 2 autonomy, with a planned transition to Level 3 operations later this year, requiring an even higher level of operational rigor, safety governance, and process maturity. RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Setup and run semiconductor automated testing equipment. Ensure operational documents and quantity reports are accurate, complete and timely for each operation.
β’ Work closely with Marvell Test, Product and Equipment teams to ensure setups are properly completed.
β’ Troubleshoot setup issues and if needed the ability to properly communicate with other support personnel to resolve the issue.
β’ Meet test priority and on-time goals.
β’ Work cohesively with other team members and assist to achieve testing objectives.
β’ Be proactive in identifying issues and resolving them quickly to satisfy productions objectives and customer needs.
β’ Calculate test yield and troubleshoot routine tester issues.
β’ 100% manufacturing environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Certification from a qualified vocational/technical school or 3 years of equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry and has developed specialized knowledge and skills in this area.
β’ Team focused and can work with little or no supervision; interacts with peers and internal support personnel to coordinate work.
β’ Hands-on experience in running semiconductor test equipment.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Able to push, pull and/or lift 30 lbs. equipment/package parts.
β’ Hands on trouble shooting skills with tester, handlers, thermal control systems.
β’ Good Excel skills.
β’ Good email, communication and written skills.
β’ This is an hourly position that requires the flexibility to work additional hours if necessary to complete critical goals. Must be able to meet shift schedule as stated on posting.

β’ Semiconductor Test floor experience.
