Summary

This leadership position will support a designated producer by creating additional capacity. This will be achieved by taking the lead in addressing client issues and providing strategic oversight for assigned small business clients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities โ€“ client relationship specialist

Education and/or Experience

  • Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and a valid Drivers license.
  • Achieve and maintain advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties such as CPCU or CIC designations.
  • Excellent understanding of insurance terminology, trends and factor influencing the industry, and the various lines of Business Insurance insurance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,100 to $167,900.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Position Summary
This role combines hands-on accounting leadership with executive support. You will manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities and platforms, ensure clean books, accurate reporting, and smooth integrations โ€” while also supporting the owner with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks, vendor supply ordering, purchase orders and tracking logistics.

Manage and reconcile integrations from:

* Troubleshoot sync issues and ensure accurate data flow

Financial Operations

* Accounts payable & receivable
* Ordering and management of Inventory
* Invoicing (wholesale & intercompany)
* Expense categorization and cost tracking
* Payroll coordination thru Quickbooks Online (with CPA/payroll provider)
* Sales tax tracking and support
* Prepare clean monthly financials for CPA:
* P&L
* Balance Sheet
* Cash Flow

Reporting & Insights

* Weekly cash-flow awareness
* Gross margin tracking (products, channels, reps if applicable)
* Support budgeting and forecasting as we scale

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

* Manage owner's calendar, meetings, and priorities
* Coordinate calls, vendor orders, contractors, and advisors
