The Opportunity

What you'll do:
- Receives request for advice from current and prospective members through various channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and video telephony. Special Acquisitions team employees will primarily place outbound calls triggered from underwriting work items. - Motivates member to take action on recommendation(s) and resolves objections using foundational sales techniques and foundational persuasion skills. Implements recommendation(s).
- Monitors legislative initiatives that may impact economy, society, and personal financial situation.
- Educates membership on implications of economic, investment market and industry trends and tax law changes, as well as USAA's products and services.
- May conduct outbound follow-up calls to complete member acquisition of products and services previously discussed.
- Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday / 7:30am – 7:00pm (Central)
- An 8 hour shift will fall within these hours

What you have:

Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, computer science, mathematics, or physics) with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services department experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services experience department OR
- Associates/non-technical 4-year degree/completion or a relevant, skilled trades apprenticeship program (e.g., boilermaker, pipefitter, operating engineer) with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years of Constellation Reactor Services department experience OR

The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management plays the critical role of primary relationship owner and interface between our plan sponsors and Schwab. You would be responsible for oversight of all aspects of retirement plan recordkeeping and administration. In this capacity, you will consistently explore and discover client and consultant needs by engaging in face-to-face meetings, asking well-defined, open-ended questions to clearly uncover new business opportunities and identify relationship challenges. The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will work together, as a team, with their Client Relationship Practice Leader and Client Relationship Administrators to provide a coordinated approach of client service delivery in support of plan administration requirements and unique client needs. The goal of these team-based efforts will be to drive higher levels of client retention, client satisfaction, and expansion of the overall Schwab relationship with assigned practice clients. In meeting and exceeding these duties, you are expected to understand and adhere to Schwab policies and practices and will play a key role in the mitigation of operational and financial risk to Schwab. The Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management will typically provide comprehensive client relationship support for clients that have enhanced complexity and assets totaling $500M to $1B.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 + years of experience working with large, complex employer sponsored Retirement Plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- High degree of integrated benefit services experience with comprehensive knowledge of equity compensation plan (stock options, restricted stock, SARs, ESPP), administration and plan design and administration for qualified retirement and non-qualified executive deferred compensation plans.
- Thorough understanding of retirement and benefit plan industry trends, ongoing regulatory and legislative processes impacting the client base and ERISA related regulations.

Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.

- Recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
- Must be willing to travel 10-50% of time, which may be to another Constellation Clean Energy Center.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, computer science, mathematics, or physics) with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services department experience OR
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services experience department OR
- Associates/non-technical 4-year degree/completion or a relevant, skilled trades apprenticeship program (e.g., boilermaker, pipefitter, operating engineer) with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years of Constellation Reactor Services department experience OR
- High school diploma/GED with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years Constellation Reactor Services experience department
- Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
