A national AmLaw firm is seeking a Paralegal Manager to lead its Corporate Paralegal team supporting the Business Law practice. The position is available in Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, New York, Washington DC, Tampa, Miami, Boston, Denver, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, or San Diego.

The Paralegal Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Paralegal team across offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for transactional practices. This role partners closely with the Director of Paralegals and Practice Group leadership to maximize utilization, strengthen workflows, and mentor a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of Paralegal Manager:
- Lead and mentor Corporate Paralegals across the firm
- Serve as liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and leadership
- Improve workflows, utilization, and operational efficiency
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
- Develop training programs and best practices
- Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI tools into workflows
Qualifications of Paralegal Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years managing Corporate Paralegals (other specialties may be included, but a corporate transactional background is required)
- National law firm experience preferred
