Qualifications:

- Proven sales and team leadership experience required; horticultural industry experience strongly preferred.

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00 and may be adjusted in the future. Position Summary:
The Import Manager is responsible for monitoring and obtaining shipments’ clearance from US Customs and other Government agencies in a timely and efficient manner, making sure all is in compliance with policies and procedures.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Manage customs broker relationship and ensure all import documentation needed for customs clearance are complete and accurate
- Classify and provide HTS numbers by line for all sample, collection, RMD, and VDC shipments
- Coordinate with Receiving Department and broker to maximize space capacity and facilitate smooth flow of incoming shipments
- Provide management with accurate forecast numbers for all shipments
- Check daily that all shipments are entered into CDM correctly
- Respond to all CDM issue emails within 24 hours
- Process all claims dealing with damaged units/cartons and or missing shipments. This includes email notification to concerned freight forwarder.
- Confirm that the Receiver file has been updated, and shipments are being verified daily
- Ensure compliance with global import regulations (classification, valuation, quantity, origin declaration & Free Trade Agreement eligibility)
- Manage timely responses to US Customs on CF28 (Request for Information) and review Notice of Actions CF29
- Respond to NY Merchandising Dept regarding shipment tracking inquiries, advising of any exceptions and the current status of shipments
- Approve import freight invoices and audit for cost savings
- Manage regular entry audit process to ensure accuracy of HTS classifications and valuation
- Manage recordkeeping to ensure it is current, orderly, filed in itemized manner; including retention of all correspondence and other records relating to customs business
- Monitor monthly entry liquidation utilizing USCBP ACE reports.
- Schedule monthly appointments to shred expired records and monitor removal of files
- Oversee all operations within the respective department(s) assigned and provide direction to supervisor(s) as needed
- Manage workload for import team members and ensure staff levels are appropriate
- Knowledgeable on all processes within department(s) and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain an appropriate flow of workload within the department and ensure that all process time goals are met daily
- Utilize SAP – EWM system proficiently to ensure understanding of business within respective department
- Demonstrates strong supervisory skills, providing guidance, direction, skill and performance accountability, and provides input regarding employee performance
- Monitor and address accuracy/productivity/attendance issues using progressive discipline program
- Provide thorough training of new hires and temporary staffing, cross-training as needed; Initiate and complete cross-training in key positions to cover volume spikes, absenteeism, and vacations

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the Service Department for an agricultural equipment dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heavy equipment, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
In this role, the Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, manage technicians, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive department productivity and profitability. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to manage work orders, service calls, inspections, warranty claims, and technician development while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective Service Department processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This Engineer will be responsible for completing the Mechanical Engineering portion of projects in support of the Plant Capital Project execution. They will also provide daily Plant Technical support, enabling the Plant to meet its Safety, Market, Productivity, and Quality goals. They will assist management with pre-studies of deployment and development projects in the M.E. field. They will also complete design studies, follow procurement and fabrication of equipment and lead the installation, commissioning and startup of the equipment in an industrial plant environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO

The Line Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day overall management of the FBO line service operations including the fuel farm, quality assurance, its personnel, inventories, properties, equipment, and the adherence to our company policies and procedures and safety standards for the departments staff and our clients and guests.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for line service staffing and actively participates in performing the line service functions. Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the FBO operations in accordance with Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, governmental and environmental agencies policies and regulations. Trains, develops and manages the line service team, securing the required number of staff and ensuring the required level of qualifications and experience. Coordination with management, other departments, manufacturers and customers in matters of overriding importance. Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with AGS procedures, process specifications, technical requirements, manufacturer requirements, aviation rules, and every other applicable or accepted requirement of an authorized body. Supports the development of pricing schedules and rates for any relevant ground handling services provided. Supports existing relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers and establishes new relationships accordingly. Manages the operation of Ground Support Equipment necessary to provide the aforementioned, including specification of new equipment. Enhances and reinforces training programs to ensure that a high and continuing level of line service is maintained. Drives results and company and departmental goals.Communicates changes or additions to company or departmental policies to the staff.Motivates and encourages all staff to provide the highest service levels. Assumes additional responsibilities and delegates responsibilities to qualified personnel, as necessary. Qualifications
- High School graduate, some college preferred
- Minimum two (1) year of business aviation supervisor experience and/or relevant experience
- Five to ten years of business aviation and/or relevant experience
- National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Compliance Certification preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software as required
- Professional verbal/written communication skills required.
- Must pass all conducted drug/alcohol screens, background and security checks and prove eligibility for employment in the United States.

Position PurposeThe Manager, Retail Finance is responsible for all retail-financing related activities for Briggs Industrial Solutions and its customers, including quoting deals, managing the leasing process from credit to funding and delivery, as well as the end of term process. The role is responsible for driving sales volume and revenue growth through leasing and loans to all Briggs Industrial Solutions verticals. Ensures all Briggs Industrial Solutions standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties- Provide leadership and direction to ensure efficiency of all financing related activities within the Finance Department and Sales Department
- Manage the financing process of quotes, credit requests, document requests, funding notifications, preparing proposals, and negotiating price or other terms
- Provide leadership, hands-on coaching, and guidance to the Finance team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high-performance
- Maintain and develop key relationships across strategic core lending partners and identify and develop new potential external sources for customers
- Maintain current knowledge of credit and pricing guidelines with external lending sources
- Provide direction and assistance to internal/external customers on financing policies and procedures
- Analyze the financing details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement
- Monitor financing activities and details to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct finance workshops and lease training for Sales Department and Sales Leadership
- Provide reporting on revenue/profit and equipment aging
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery timelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic Knowledge & Competencies:
