In this key role, you'll serve as the first point of care for employees, providing both routine and emergency medical attention for work-related and general health issues. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring for Entry-Level Product Review Engineers (Liaison Engineers) to join the 787 Production Engineering team located in North Charleston, SC.
This position includes a 9-to-12-month Boeing Training Rotation Program and will require a flexible schedule, which may involve assignments on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, as well as occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
The Product Review Engineers will perform/support troubleshooting, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) technical analysis, and provide solutions to non-conforming products. They will work directly with cross functional and production engineering teams to meet production program objectives.
This position involves daily exposure to a factory environment which includes stairs, trip hazards, high noise areas, chemical hazards (breathing and handling), and entering airplanes during their many stages of building.
Position Responsibilities:
- Researches and builds knowledge of Boeing and engineering design principles to develop solutions to product/process issues for production or simple technical in-service issues
- Assists with analyses, root cause analysis and drafting dispositions for design non-conformances
- Assists system owner in preparation of technical communications
- Identifies analyses fleet data, collects and evaluates data on customer findings for product/process improvement opportunities that may include recurrent product support issues
- Supports activities to identify deviations that could impact design intent and safety
- Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- Experience in reading, interpreting, and generating electrical schematics and technical specifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

- 2+ years of experience in a professional engineering role

Weighs, measures and checks raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities.

· Implements new and approved benefit plans and changes by preparing announcement material, booklets, and other media as well as conducting employee meetings for communicating new plans or changes to employees · Conducts employee benefit orientations and ensures employee understanding of benefit programs by regularly generating communication and counseling employees/dependents as situations arise.
· Resolves employee complaints related to benefit plans.
Handles benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution.
· Acts as liaison with various insurance carriers and fosters effective relationships with client representatives.
Acts as a resource to employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with benefit and HR policies and regulations.
Keeps management advised of potential problem areas and recommends/implements solutions as appropriate.
· Monitors, administers, and communicates with employees matters regarding COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and other federal and state laws ensuring compliance.
· Develop, implement, and administer HRT’s wellness programs.
· Assist the Benefits Administrator as requested.
· May serve as a Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
· Maintain all HR benefit files.
· Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
· Manage records created and received in compliance with the Hampton Roads Transit Records Management Policies and Procedures.
· Prepare and/or coordinate with other departments any documentation required in support of the FTA triennial reviews, drug and alcohol audits, independent audits, state audits, EEO Program audit, etc.
