Artisan Council is seeking a Creative Director (3 month contract) for several upcoming projects, with experience in 360º social campaign creative and content production, predominantly including video campaigns.
Reporting to Artisan Council’s Creative Director for the duration of the project, you will be goal, timeline, and big picture driven, and a team player, and demonstrate leadership and ownership of your work and resilience in the face of client feedback. You’ll be an integral part of leading creative execution of business pitches for social campaigns and supporting our creative team with direction of social concepts for always on content, as well as aiding in creative direction for any strategy decks for new clients.

Campaign Concept Development:
- Lead ideation and development of campaign concepts that align with brand goals and target audiences

Creative Oversight for Content:
- Oversee execution of social first video edits and social collateral designs

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal strategy and social teams for seamless integration of creative with broader campaign strategy
- Communicate vision clearly across internal and external teams (including freelance talent and agencies)
- Participate in social creative check-ins, approvals, and stakeholder reviews
Creative Timelines & Creative Management
- Own and manage the creative timeline in alignment with given touchpoints
- Identify roadblocks early and course-correct in real time
- Maintain quality control across all creative phases
What kind of skills should you have?

- 6+ years relevant experience in Art Direction with a focus on D2C, beauty brands, and consumer products.
- 6+ years relevant experience in Graphic Design, especially with the Adobe Suite (most importantly, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, with a focus on 2D animation mockups, D2C, beauty brands, and consumer products. As well as being proficient in use of GenAI tools for concept development and mockup creation (both still and motion).
- Animation (2D/3D) skills a plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS skills is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software a plus.
- You will have a working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the Office suite.

This position is full time 72 hours a pay period. Most staff schedules consist of rotating 8 or 12 hour shifts with weekend requirements. On call hours may be scheduled. All of our new hires will start out every other weekend and then move to every third at 1 year of service.

Job Summary
The scope of work for a respiratory therapist includes assessment, therapeutic intervention and education for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders and/or sleep disorders or associated complications. Respiratory therapists assess individuals to prevent, detect, monitor and manage disease and complications. Respiratory therapists provide therapeutic interventions to directly impact cardiopulmonary health as well as overall health status according to established goals and interdisciplinary care plans. Respiratory therapists provide education to promote preventative care, self-management, enhanced cardiopulmonary health and quality of life. May provide education and data management relative to sleep-disordered breathing. Performs regular assessments of patients and the equipment they are using in order to adjust therapy. Collect and/or analyzes patients' blood and other specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide and other gases. Qualifications

Essential Job Functions:
- Operates and sets up devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration, aerosol generators, and disposable respiratory care products while following specific parameters for treatment.
- Provides emergency care, including artificial ventilation, external cardiac massage, and assists staff with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Collects and analyzes arterial blood gases and is able to recognize normal, abnormal and critical values and able to provide appropriate corrective intervention.
- Follows physician orders for treatment and evaluates requirements for treatment, such as treatment type, mode and duration of therapy, universal precautions, and medication dosage.
- Monitors patient’s response to therapy by evaluation of vital signs, arterial blood gases, auscultation of breath sounds, pulse oximetry and end-tidal CO2 measurement.
- Consults with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals for changes in patient’s status and works as part of the team to manage the patient’s plan of care.

Job Summary and QualificationsAssess, treats and cares for patients with pulmonary disorders. Responsible for the clinical administration of all therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care modalities offered by the department.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Other Job-Related Characteristics:
- Education: Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program.
- Experience: One year previous Respiratory Therapy experience preferred.

Minimum License, Certificates, or Registrations Required:

C. Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.

A. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be obtained within 90 days of employment if required by department.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operates and sets up devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration, aerosol generators, and disposable respiratory care products while following specific parameters for treatment.
- Provides emergency care, including artificial ventilation, external cardiac massage, and assists staff with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Collects and analyzes arterial blood gases and is able to recognize normal, abnormal and critical values and able to provide appropriate corrective intervention.
- Follows physician orders for treatment and evaluates requirements for treatment, such as treatment type, mode and duration of therapy, universal precautions, and medication dosage.
- Monitors patient’s response to therapy by evaluation of vital signs, arterial blood gases, auscultation of breath sounds, pulse oximetry and end-tidal CO2 measurement.
- Consults with physicians, nurses and other health care professionals for changes in patient’s status and works as part of the team to manage the patient’s plan of care.

We are seeking a Pediatrics RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to provide care for infants, children, and adolescents with an age range of 0-17 years.
