About the role
In this role, the Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care by performing laboratory testing that is utilized in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. This includes waived, moderate and high complexity testing. *Experience with waived, moderate, and high complexity testing in a clinical laboratory setting through education or work experience required*
What you'll do
Performs all laboratory testing, including the pre-examination phase in accordance with standard operating procedures and accreditation guidelines to support the delivery of patient care.
Conducts and documents established quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products; evaluates the results of quality control testing and implements corrective action according to established protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of patient testing.

The Holy Cross Pediatric Rehab Facility opened in Spring of 2025 and provides services 6-days/week ensuring expanded access, especially to working families. This facility will also house: a state of the art primary care facility, women’s specialty services, acupuncture and massage therapy, laboratory services, education facilities, a teaching kitchen, clothing closet and a food pharmacy – all of which can be accessed by families. The anticipated outcome of the Pediatric Therapy Center is to create a distinctive and exceptional therapeutic space for infants and children that will improve their health and quality of life. Improving access and opportunity to children from local communities with will be instrumental in improving health equity and decreasing disparities. This uniquely created area will design and implement programs to improve the individual child’s areas of need and increase overall function and participation. Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic specializing in both neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our model is built on true 1:1 patient care, allowing clinicians to provide high-quality, individualized treatment without the pressure of high-volume scheduling.This position is ideal for PTs who are passionate about complex cases, collaborative care, and evidence‑based practice.What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients with a mix of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses.
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, balance/vestibular disorders, postoperative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, spine dysfunction, and chronic pain.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, functional needs, and clinical findings.
- Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, gait training, manual therapy, balance retraining, and task-specific motor learning.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Communicate and collaborate with referring providers, interdisciplinary team members, and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support high-quality continuity of care.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and fellow rehab professionals.
- Opportunity of advancement through our clinical ladder program
Job Requirements:
Education:Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy is required.
Experience & Skills:
New Grads and Experienced PT's welcome
Licensure/Certification:
Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida is required
