Summary
The Regional Training Manager is a full-time role responsible for advancing the company’s training and retail support objectives through consistent in-person observation, coaching, and execution. This position is entirely field-based and requires regular travel across multiple store locations. The Area Trainer will partner closely with Store Management and Area Managers to coordinate schedules, assess performance, and identify training opportunities.

Marshfield Medical Center is in search of a BC/BE Advanced Gastroenterologist to join our established team as an Adult GI Hospitalist in Marshfield, Wisconsin . The incoming physician would join a well-established GI service line supported by Advanced Practitioner Clinicians and numerous other resources at a state-of-the-art facility! This is a broad-based position that includes inpatient consults. Advanced ERCP training is required. EUS experience and skills are highly preferred but not required.
Position Details:
Features a 7 day on/7 day off schedule rotation with options for schedule flexibility within the annual work week requirement
26 annual work weeks
12 hours of onsite work, then 12 hours of call from home
Inpatient Advanced Practice Provider coverage seven days a week
Shift weeks are Monday - Sunday
This role will also include performing 3-4 outpatient scopes daily when on schedule in a dedicated Endoscopy Suite
Coverage of only one Trauma Level II facility, 500-bed Hospital
