As an On Premise Recruiter you willβ¦
- Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees interested in contract, contract to hire and direct placement employment.
- Perform all necessary contractor screening to ensure the contractorβs qualifications meet open positions (ie. Interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, etc.).
- Identify and participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs as needed and cold calling on schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
- Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
- Maintain all documentation using Aerotekβs online systems to track information and hiring metrics regarding candidates and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $50,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of up to $10,000. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000.

The Lead CNC Machinist and Programmer will work on the manufacturing floor alongside the team. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, developing Fusion 360 programs, setting up and operating machines, and leading the team in product execution.
Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings and develop Fusion 360 programs.
- Set up and run CNC machines.
- Lead the team in executing products.
- Troubleshoot and perform machine changeovers.
Essential Skills
- 7 years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and machining.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with CNC machine programming.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Experience with Mastercam and AutoCAD.

The primary role of the Mobile Engineer is to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple locations. This position requires technical expertise in one craft area such as Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations, with multi-skilled proficiency in other areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure they meet applicable standards.
- Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper functionality and maintenance.
- Oversee facility services including preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to optimize HVAC system performance.
- Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Comply with departmental policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
- Perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.
- Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and ensure safety in work areas. Recognize and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards.
Essential Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze the operation of various Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal Certification is preferred.
- Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
