We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a high-volume restaurant/nightlife operation. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of management experience, strong team leadership, budgeting, and event execution skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems, guest service, and social media/marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional service standards
• Lead, train, and schedule staff
• Manage budgets, costs, and reporting
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and smooth event execution
• Communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and guests
• Support marketing and social media initiatives
