POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs successful recruiting, matching and placement of applicants to departmental vacancies so that qualified individuals and professionals are selected as University Health System employees. Represents UH at designated recruiting functions. Develop sources of qualified health care professionals. Performs screening of candidates to ensure that all qualified prospective employees are referred for consideration to department supervisors for final approval. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Perform evaluations, treatments, and procedures appropriate to credentialing
  
• Participate in formal triage system and support ED workflow
  
• Coordinate patient care with specialty backup and hospital services
  
• Accurately document all patient encounters in T-System
  
• Collaborate with nursing staff and scribes to ensure efficient throughput
