As part of AOIA’s innovation arm, this role sits at the intersection of community, technology, and service—supporting a rapidly expanding user base while helping define the future of engagement for the profession.
This position is responsible for cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and highly engaged online community by delivering exceptional member service, ensuring platform quality and functionality, and fostering meaningful connections across the DO continuum. The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for users, leads day‑to‑day community operations and moderation, and partners cross‑functionally to support events, content, and platform enhancements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Online Community Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AOIA Emerging DO Platform community interactions, including customer service inquiries, user engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Respond to community needs and inquiries in a timely, service-oriented manner.
- Actively engage in relevant forums, groups, and social media platforms to promote the Platform and build visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain an active, positive, and inclusive online community.
- Moderate user-generated content, facilitate discussions, and ensure compliance with community guidelines and organizational policies.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to inform improvements and report on community health.
Operations:
- Gather and synthesize community feedback to inform platform enhancements and organizational strategy.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, website editing, social media content, and community updates.
- Maintain and improve data accuracy, supporting reporting functions and ensuring the integrity of organizational data.
- Consistently manage the scheduling and logistics of in‑person and virtual meetings; may be asked to prepare and present reports, updates and/or program recommendations.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but requires occasional standing, walking, lifting and moving objects (up to 25 pounds). Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals. Incumbent may occasionally work prolonged or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Mental Demands

Supports dentists and hygienists in teaching and patient care in both community-based settings as well as the dental clinic. The primary patient populations being served are developmentally disabled, physically disabled, sensory impaired, pediatric, and other vulnerable populations requiring advanced care. Assists dentists and hygienists in teaching best practices of patient care- especially for vulnerable populations in community and clinic settings. Qualifications:
* Graduated from an accredited Dental Assisting School with Radiology Certification
* A minimum of 10 years of dental assisting experience-preferably serving vulnerable populations.

* Documented experience in complex dental delivery settings

Implementation Project Manager (Workday Adaptive Planning)
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project/Program Manager to lead the stabilization and rebuild of a Workday Adaptive Planning (WDAP) environment. This role will partner closely with Finance and IT to drive ownership alignment, improve system performance, and deliver a scalable planning solution.
This is a highly visible role requiring both strong project leadership and a solid understanding of FP&A systems and processes. Experience within Insurance or subscription-based business models is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and/or rebuild of Workday Adaptive Planning
- Drive project planning, timelines, milestones, and overall delivery execution
- Partner with Finance (business stakeholders) and IT to establish clear ownership and governance

Position Responsibilities:
Set up and perform multicolor decorative silk screen printing operations according to established procedures.
Align and adjust the silk screen to achieve proper contact and registration, applying paint using the squeegee method.
Layout, locate, and apply lettering on various instrument panels using silk screening and related processes.
Liaise with the Decal Area and other departments to coordinate changes, distribution of decals, and maintain perpetual inventory.
Work from blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions to complete assignments accurately.
Clean silk screens and maintain tools and equipment to ensure quality printing.
Mix and match paint to established color samples, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Obtain work orders and necessary materials, including inks and substrates, while adhering to safety data sheet guidelines.
Perform hand setup for contact printing, including loading silk screens and applying ink to substrates.
Operate the silk screen machine, managing the printing process for multiple colors and ensuring quality control.
Check ink color using a color spectrometer and make adjustments as needed to match specifications.
Perform rework and touch-ups on decorative interior parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain records of work performed and refile work packets in the ink room filing cabinet.
Communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and assistance needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
