Qualifications You Must Have:

Experience with PCB manufacturing or CCA manufacturing principles that affect circuitry and component layout with RF specific layout techniques

The teaching load is five studio courses per academic year.
The College seeks a dynamic, imaginative illustrator, animator, artist, and educator who is passionate about student success in interdisciplinary art and design. This position emphasizes illustrated narrative and sequential visual storytelling across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong visual art skills, be well-versed in industry trends, demonstrate expertise in professional creative work and research in a variety of contexts, and integrate traditional methods with current and emerging technologies.
The appointed individual will be responsible for teaching a variety of intermediate and advanced courses in Illustration, Animation, or Game Arts. In addition to leading undergraduate classes, the faculty member will mentor graduate students, foster independent inquiry at advanced levels, contribute to curriculum development and assessment, advise students, and engage in service at the departmental, college, and university levels, while maintaining an active creative and scholarly practice.

PURPOSE STATEMENT: The job of Lead HVAC & Refrigeration Technician is done for the purposes of providing journey-level skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, heating; installing, managing, and repairing chilled water systems, chillers, boilers; reviewing work requests; assigning and leading the work of other technicians; conducting scheduled maintenance and repair surveys; inspecting completed work; ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards; providing information on the operation of HVAC systems; and supporting other skilled trades in completing work assignments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Analyzes blueprints, schematics, and drawings for existing and proposed HVAC systems for the purpose of identifying the location of new and existing systems and determining the efficient installation of additional equipment/systems.
Confers with immediate supervisor and assists with the coordination of day-to-day activities (e.g.
periodic lubrication; filter cleaning; changing belts, repairing system leaks, checking water tower components, trouble/issues phone call response, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the proper and efficient maintenance and repair of District HVAC.
Coordinates with administration and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.

time sheets, inventory, work orders, labor/material estimates, equipment repair manuals, service records, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date references and audit trail.
Manages operation and performance records (e.g.
periodic lubrication schedules, heating and cooling performance, diagnosis of electrical systems, testing of refrigerant and condensation systems, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring timely review and assessment.
Monitors contract work (e.g.
coordination of contractor work schedules and performance, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring contract terms are fulfilled and work standards are met.
Oversees and coordinates assigned personnel regarding procedures, the status of work orders, and the day-to-day activities and operations (e.g.
establishing work schedules, reviewing processes to be undertaken, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper, and timely manner, maximizing the efficiency of the workforce.

- Completes assigned hospital/unit performance improvement monitoring (audits).
- Based on assessment/reassessment of patient response to interventions, evaluates plan of care for effectiveness, documents progress toward expected outcomes, and revises plan of care as needed. Reports changes in patient condition and refers unresolved problems to appropriate healthcare team members. Discusses outcomes with peers (via shift-to-shift report) and with other healthcare team members.
- Evaluates opportunities for quality improvement; based upon evaluation, incorporates performance improvement recommendations into the plan of care as appropriate.
- Identifies/assesses patient/family learning needs and teaches accordingly by using language and terminology that the patient/family is familiar with providing examples to clarify ideas, implementing and evaluating teaching plan (encourages patient/family involvement/participation), Computer resources and Micromedex utilization
- Communicates the patient/family's need for education/teaching to others in the healthcare continuum.
- Evaluates own nursing practice in relation to professional practice standard guidelines, state statutes, policies, procedures, rules/regulations and current specific knowledge. Takes personal accountability for maintaining competency through education and professional activities. Maintains professional licensure and completes required mandatory education in a timely manner. - Ensures that written documentation and oral communication focuses on pertinent information to support meeting patient/family care needs.
- Serves as the patient's advocate and coordinator of care, working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Requirements
- Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
In Lieu Of
- In lieu of one (1) year of registered nurse experience, will accept successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or successful completion of a comparable residency from another organization.
- In lieu of one (1) year of registered nurse experience, will accept 1 year of licensed practical nurse (LPN) experience for internal candidates within the same service line.
- In lieu of Associate degree in nursing, will accept nursing diploma with licensure to practice as a registered nurse.

- Holds a current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician/Electrician (THIRD SHIFT) to join our team! You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, performing routine maintenance, fixing any faulty wiring, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
Work is performed in a production environment which requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, vibrations, dust, etc. Working hours will be a set schedule but must be flexible with working extended hours when required.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment wiring, fixtures, and other components to ensure they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion by analyzing test results, machine error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. This includes recording parts and materials used.
- Perform mechanical skills including and not limited to PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Ensure the safety needs are given a to priority in operations support and work execution. Some examples are Confined Space Entry, LOTO, Hand Tool Safety Use, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or AA degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with PLC experience
- AC Motors, Electrical Panels, Power Distribution, and VFD’s experience preferred.
- Experience with Industrial Manufacturing, injection molding, industrial tools, and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Must read and understand schematics, drawings and diagrams.
- Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record.
- Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English.
