As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations specifically related to DMC. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.


Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. You will face challenges that require innovative problem‑solving and analytical skills, allowing you to grow your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC‑related initiatives.
  • Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements, particularly those involving DMC.
  • Lead large‑scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Skills and attributes for success

On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP DMC capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the DMC solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems.


To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills that will allow you to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results. Key skills include:



  • Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology business requirements definition specific to DMC.
  • Proven ability to analyze and map technology cost‑benefit scenarios related to DMC implementations.
  • Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks within the Digital Manufacturing Cloud space.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Typically, 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) specifically within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project‑based team members on shore and offshore.
  • Proficient in supply chain best practices, particularly within the context of Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), complemented by extensive benchmarking and advisory experience in supply chain‑specific technology functions.
  • Ability and comfort‑level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40‑60%.
  • Experience in conducting technology cost‑benefit analyses.
  • Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
  • Skills in training design and delivery.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Prior consulting industry experience with DMC specialization.
  • SAP certification(s).
  • Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.
  • Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) specifically working with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module implementing Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
  • Experience integrating SAP PP with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
  • Experience performing hands‑on SAP system configuring in PP.
  • Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications.
  • Experience writing and executing test scripts.
  • Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users.
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and:
  • FICO for product costing and order settlement
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for production supply and receiving
  • PPDS
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, including ownership of Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Master Data Management (MDM) tools/systems for manufacturing data
  • Materials Management, for both Inventory Management and Procurement functions
  • Digital Manufacturing Cloud, for both Discrete and Process Industries
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in complex industrial equipment (or similar) and assembly line operations.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs.
  • Experience with both Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order business models.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and respond to client needs, including crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Monitor the condition and behavior of all clients for intoxication/drug use.
  • Administer Urine Analysis and breathalyzer on scheduled days of the week
  • Promptly relieving previous shift and conferring with them regarding all issues and concerns.
  • Conduct searches of clients at intake and assist in completing intake paperwork.
  • Maintain and control company keys.
  • Monitor clients and direct into group sessions or appointments when needed
  • Make concerted effort to build relationships with each client, and model healthy communication as part of mental health treatment
  • Manage and defuse conflict between clients impartially and respectfully. Effectively remind clients of rules and consequences of breach.

About our Behavioral Health Team:

  • Join a group of 9 adult and 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists as part of a Behavioral Health Care Team. Other members of the team include doctoral level psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, RN’s, and clinical assistants.  The Behavioral Health Division provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison, and emergency psychiatry, ECT procedures (not providing at the current time but the goal is to start again), intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services, and an outpatient behavioral health clinic. The Division also includes Health Psychology doctorate and master’s level psychologists.
  • The Behavioral Health Department provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison and emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services, and an outpatient behavioral health clinic.
  • Integrated pharmacist team includes a Hospitalist and Pharmacist
  • Essentia Health Duluth hospital: Adult in-patient unit has 44 beds; Child/Adolescent inpatient unit has 16 beds.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $76,000 annually based on full-time employment. The Behavioral Health Therapist may work in a variety of settings, with duties varying by setting:

In a clinic setting (other than primary care), the Behavioral Health Therapist conducts scheduled face-to-face therapy sessions designed to assess and improve patient's emotional, mental, and behavioral health.

In a community setting, the Behavioral Health Therapist provides treatment for patients with severe and persistent mental illness. This may include community-based interventions aimed at improving daily living skills, social skills, and self-regulation skills. The community-based Behavioral Health Therapist serves as a consultant for a multi-disciplinary team to ensure treatment interventions are implemented and that the patient is in compliance with treatment.

In a residential setting, the Behavioral Health Therapist provides treatment for patients requiring a higher level of care than outpatient therapy; however, do not meet the criteria for psychiatric inpatient treatment. Treatment occurs at the residential treatment facility and includes a broad range of duties: assessment and diagnosis, individual and group therapy, development, implementation, and evaluation of therapy programs, and consultation and coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group and family services - including therapy, treatment coordination, and case management - to children, students, and families served by a variety of SBCEO programs, including students with a history of disciplinary and/or behavioral issues in traditional school environments and students in the juvenile justice center.
  • Make recommendations to school or program staff and families for behavioral health services and placements, as well as referrals to families for accessing and utilizing school and community resources, as appropriate.
  • Provide consultative support and professional expertise to instructional or program staff, service providers, administrators, and families regarding behavioral health, behavioral issues, and substance abuse.
  • Provide crisis support to students and their families, helping students regain academic, social, and emotional success and promoting family stability to enable the student to function more effectively in school and community; provide post-crisis intervention case management, including helping families link to intensive, wrap-around behavioral health services.
  • Participate in the intervention/coordination of services team with other behavioral health professionals serving community school students.
  • Review and approve services provided by other staff for purposes of billing MediCal and other payers.
  • Attend and participate in various in-services, committees, and workshops; develop, implement and conduct in-service training sessions for families and staff.
  • Maintain treatment and case management records, observing all relevant legal regulations related to patient and student confidentiality.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Requirements
