JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or as directed by physician orders.
- Administer medications and treatments (oral, topical, injections, other as permitted) per orders and facility policy.
- Take and record residents' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and monitor for changes in condition.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, hygiene.
- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, catheter or ostomy care (if within scope and facility policy).
- Collect specimens for lab tests (e.g. urine, sputum) as ordered.
- Observe and document residents' physical and emotional status; report any significant changes to supervising RN or physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided, treatments administered, and resident observations in medical records.
- Communicate with residents, families/POAs, and the healthcare team about resident status, care needs, and any concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license in Connecticut.
- Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS (or equivalent) certification as required by facility policy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with residents, families, and the care team.
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach, with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment (experience preferred).

Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the operations and customer services associate, you will be a key member of our core team and work closely with our Co-Founders and manage all aspects of operational processes including customer service, warehouse management, inventory management, shipping and logistics. This will take approximately 80% of your daily scope and responsibilities.
In addition to Caraa, you will also be taking on an array of operational responsibilities of a second brand managed under the same management umbrella called Mercado Famous, founded in 2022 with the mission of bringing the best of Spanish charcuterie for the American consumers. This will take approximately 20% of your daily scope and responsibilities.
Both companies offer a unique opportunity with ample room for growth to learn a wide array of aspects at a unicorn non-venture backed direct to consumer brand.
This role is full-time and located in New York City.
Salary range: offer set based on candidate experience and seniority
You will need to have a minimum of 1-3 years of customer services and operational experience working with an ecommerce, fashion, retail or CPG brand.
REQUIREMENTS
What you'll do
Customer Service
- Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise. Help customers navigate through the shopping, product selection, and sales journey

Operations
- Manage all warehouse related processes including domestic and international logistics, inventory management, return processing, order entry, showroom samples, and more.

Your new role
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Asset Management, Property Management, Finance and Procurement teams to oversee technical projects, capital planning, and compliance across the portfolio. Responsibilities
Cleaning, manipulating, and merging various administrative datasets such as tax parcel data, real estate transactions, code violations records, crime incidents, and tax district property tax milage rates to contribute to a comprehensive database for Atlanta metro and Georgia housing markets that will be utilized in several research projects.

Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Execution
- Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and day-to-day communication with co-manufacturers and suppliers
- Track production timelines and escalate risks or delays proactively
Inventory & Fulfillment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across 3PLs and warehouses
- Monitor inventory movement, aging, shortages, and discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support retail, wholesale, and DTC fulfillment
Logistics & 3PL Management
- Serve as the primary operational contact for 3PLs
- Manage freight coordination, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Ensure SLAs, routing guides, and operational requirements are followed
Operational Reporting
- Prepare and maintain weekly operational reports (inventory, fill rates, OTIF, production status)
- Flag risks, constraints, and execution gaps with recommended actions
- Support month-end inventory and COGS reconciliation in partnership with finance
Process & Systems Support
- Document and maintain SOPs for core operational workflows
- Support ERP, inventory system, and EDI execution (transactions, accuracy, data hygiene)
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to support promotions, launches, and customer needs
- Support new SKU launches from an execution and readiness standpoint
- Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and vendor setup
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of operations, supply chain, or logistics experience (CPG required)
