This is a Regular Full Time Position.

As a Guest Experience Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:

Creating personalized reservation experiences for guests based upon their individual needs such as:

Room Accommodations

Planning for wellness Journey classes and/or Spa bookings

Offer transportation arrangements to/from the airport

In addition, process payments & send confirmations of preplanned services

Anticipate guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.

Stays in compliance with the dress code by staying in a neat, clean, and tidy appearance

Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests, team members and leadership.

Assumes training responsibilities when required; demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model.

Support the concierge team in lobby during high business levels and take on concierge shift coverage if needed (which may include to assist guests with arrivals and/or departures)

Qualifications

One to two years' experience as Reservations and/or Front Desk experience (or comparable role)

Strong computer skills

Strong/positive communication skills

Previous hotel/resort experience preferred

Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work on-site

Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
