Bell person will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms. During 3rd shift, Cast Member may be required to perform job functions for both roles. Bell and Valet cast members will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including, but not limited to shuttles, busses and other transportation, and driving all types of guest vehicles.

Responsibilities :
Bell Services

* Transport guest luggage including but not limited to Rooms/Vehicles/Storage.
* Care and Storage of guest property
* Delivering items to guest rooms, including newspapers, express check-outs, including but not limited to guest deliveries (i.e. flowers, packages/boxes)
* Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectations
* Greet Guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitude
* Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas
* Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity

Basic Qualifications :

What You'll Do

  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and properly enter into the system for payment.

  • Process all submittals, contracts, insurance certificates, and any other similar documents necessary to release and invoice orders.

  • Assist District Management and sales personnel in resolving collections issues. This includes effectively interfacing with customers to ascertain and document billing procedures to assure timely payment of Arbon invoices.

  • Work to consolidate shipments to minimize freight costs while meeting customer requirements.

  • Review completed job files to ensure that profit erosion is minimized. Analyze and communicate variances to District management as required.

  • Cross-train with other administrative personnel to provide additional help during heavy workloads or back-up during absences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Rep - Tax (Seasonal, Bilingual: English / Spanish) working from home, you will:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

  • The ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Open availability
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing

    • Operating System: Windows 11+
    • RAM: 8GB or higher
    • Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Internet Requirements:
    • DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable)
    • Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
    • While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
