The Physician Advisor is a full-time administrative physician role serving CHRISTUS St. Michael hospital and its affiliates through teaching, consulting, and advising both the Care Management Department and the medical staff on matters regarding physician practice patterns, documentation, over- and under-utilization of resources, medical necessity, compliance rules and regulations, collaboration and relationships with payers, and the community. The PA also ensures physician support and execution for the Care Management and CDI Departments' initiatives by promoting effective and efficient physician documentation to support the patient's Level of Care (LOC), billing status, and appropriateness of Medicare Severity-Diagnosis Related Group (MS-DRG)/DRG assignment. MD/DO - Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology
Midwest Allergy and Asthma, a Division of Midwest ENT Specialists, is seeking a BC/BE Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Physician to join our well-established practice in the Twin Cities. Midwest is a private multi-specialty practice consisting of 17 physicians (2 Allergists, 8 ENT, 5 Facial Plastic MDs, 1 Head and Neck Cancer Specialist, and 1 Neurotologist) and 5 Physician Assistants, with 5 state-of-the-art clinics in the east metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.
At Midwest, Allergists have the autonomy to shape and build the clinical practice they envision . Whether their focus is on a broad spectrum of allergy and immunology services or a specialized area such as asthma management, food allergies, or immunotherapy, our model supports individual professional goals . Providers have the flexibility to develop their patient panels, pursue clinical interests, and integrate new treatments or services that align with their expertise.
