Position Overview

We are seeking a Engagement Manager– Digital Health Experience to lead the deployment, adoption, and engagement optimization of mobile digital health applications within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in launching digital health platforms, managing deployments, and driving sustained patient engagement through data-driven engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience deploying consumer-facing healthcare applications used by patients across providers and payer organizations, while leveraging engagement tools and analytics platforms to improve patient adoption, retention, and usage metrics such as DAU/MAU.

This role will work closely with product, engineering, digital marketing, and care management teams to ensure successful rollout of mobile applications and to design engagement loops that increase patient participation and long-term platform usage.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Digital Operations operates seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical execution. This role leads the development, implementation, and sustainment of digital operational standards across all in‑store digital channels. Digital Strategy & Operational Leadership:

  • Lead operational strategy for digital transformation within the Operations Center of Excellence.

The US national base salary range for this position is $115,037-$143,796. This position is also eligible for a bonus. Job Summary

The Library () at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable librarian to lead and manage digital accessibility services to further support the Library's ongoing commitment to ensure that all Library resources and digital assets can be used by all members of the Georgia Tech community, regardless of ability. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian works collaboratively across the library to ensure a unified strategy for proactive and remediated digital resource accessibility, including Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Digital Repository, and other Library digital interfaces. Reporting to the Head of Technical Services this position will serve as the Service Owner for the Library's Title II and Accessibility initiatives including coordinating digital accessibility remediation, working with vendors and campus partners, and participating in strategic decision-making as a core member of various internal and external committees. The Title II and Digital Access Librarian will provide expert advice regarding digital accessibility to inform and support the Georgia Tech Library's vision of innovating services, tools, and access to all for an inclusive future.



Responsibilities

This is a 12-month faculty position with an effort distribution of 80% excellence in assigned duties, 10% scholarship, and 10% professional service to the library profession. Up to two (2) years credit for previous professional experience may be given at the time of employment, in which case such credit will be stated in the offer letter. Responsibilities

Provide and improve library services and resources; enrich the research, learning, and scholarship of the Georgia Tech community through the following:

80% Librarianship

  • Lead and manage the Library's Title II Digital Access Service that includes the coordination and prioritization of requests, compliance, and vendor relationships related to digital accessibility and Title II.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate student employees.
  • Advise Library Leadership, Library colleagues, students, faculty, and staff and other GT Units on Digital Access best practices and compliance.
  • Lead projects and initiatives to improve upon and educate users and stakeholders on digital accessibility and participate in the Library's portfolio and project management processes as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services Librarians and staff, other colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a unified strategy for resource acquisition, discovery, delivery, and access of scholarly resources.
  • Collaborate with all Library Departments to ensure a unified and compliant digital portfolio.
  • Monitor current trends and best practices in digital accessibility and recommend improvements to local policies, practices, and workflows.
  • Contributes to Course Reserves and Interlibrary Loan service operations, working alongside colleagues and participating in day-to-day workflows as needed.
  • Serve as an ex officio member of the Content Management Group and share expertise in digital accessibility.
  • Serve as a core member of the Alma-Primo Advisory Group.
  • Participate in collaborative discussions with local, state, and national efforts including, but not limited to, GALILEO, NERL, and ASERL.
  • Conduct regular digital accessibility assessments of workflows, platforms, and operations to implement new projects or improve services to better serve users.
  • Create and maintain documentation on policies and procedures to ensure consistent practices.

Proposed Salary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Digital Project & Campaign Management

  • Translate strategic campaign plans into detailed digital execution workflows.

The New York State Executive Chamber is seeking a high-energy Content Associate to join our Digital-Creative Team. This team is the primary architect of the administration's digital voice, responsible for executing a high volume of written and visual content across all major channels, including social media, email, SMS, and official web platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, the Content Associate will serve as a critical partner in managing Governor Kathy Hochul’s digital presence.


In this role, you will be on the front lines of communicating the Governor’s agenda to millions of New Yorkers. You will balance a fast-paced writing and messaging portfolio with on-the-ground field production, directly capturing the Governor’s work as it happens. A successful candidate will be a collaborative storyteller, working across Executive Chamber departments and State agencies to translate complex policy initiatives into engaging, accessible, and creative content that informs residents and highlights the real-world impact of the administration's work.


Content Writing & Message Development (~50%)

  • Manage daily social media plans and produce daily content for all of the governor’s digital platforms.
  • Draft long-form email newsletters and SMS alerts regarding key administration initiatives.
  • Monitor the news of the day and execute engaging rapid-response content.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of weekly and monthly editorial calendars.
  • Participate in the team's rotating on-call system for off-hours and weekend content posting.


Strategic Planning & Creative Brainstorming (~30%)

  • Collaborate with senior digital and communications staff to identify new ways to translate complex policy into engaging, online content.
  • Prepare and distribute digital toolkits and pitch creative ways to amplify key policy priorities.
  • Participate in team brainstorms to develop out-of-the-box creative concepts for promoting the governor’s priorities.


Event Capture & Field Production (~20%)

  • Travel with the governor to capture high-quality smartphone video and prepare assets for immediate distribution.
  • Coordinate with on-site partners to scout visual locations; conduct constituent testimonials, and capture candid moments that highlight the real-world impact of the governor’s policies.
  • Staff the governor during "on-the-go" recordings, ensuring optimal positioning, lighting, and message delivery.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 1-3+ years in digital communications, social media management, or content creation, preferably within a fast-paced political, government, advocacy, or similar-paced environment.
  • Have exceptional writing/communications skills – especially in writing for social media.
  • Be familiar with the nuances, trends, and best practices across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Have experience and/or comfort level directing and staffing a high-profile principal (e.g., an elected official or executive) during content shoots and events.
  • Have a great sense of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organization while managing multiple rapid-response priorities.
  • Be able to share a portfolio of recent creative content ideas (either via professional or personal work).
  • Have basic familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or other comparable graphic design and video editing software.
  • Be willing to travel statewide and staff on-call shifts during nights and weekends.
