In this role and as part of Kaplan’s Operations Team, you will learn how to manage, analyze, streamline, and develop many of the company’s operational processes. Responsibilities
In your role as an FPGA Design Engineer, you will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional development environment including mutual peer review to maintain high product quality. This work will include FPGA requirements, design, and simulation as well as code synthesis, hardware integration, and test support. Basic Success Criteria

As a Hardware Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a key part of the Hardware Test team. This is a small team of broadly experienced engineers that strive to ensure that all hardware being produced meets the stringent requirements for aviation. Hardware Test Engineers are one of the essential interfaces between the design, production, and flight test teams and are exposed to a wide variety of technical challenges.
You will be creating automated test stands to replicate extreme flight conditions on our hardware and mechanisms that will serve as the backbone of our qualification testing. You will help to break our development hardware, help root-cause the failure modes, and provide critical input in redesigning it. You will be writing the software and building the hardware platforms for the command, control and data collection systems that will test our systems to rigorous aerospace standards.
Responsibilities
Full ownership of the design, build, and maintenance of mechanical or electrical test stands for development testing, production acceptance testing, functional and environmental qualification testing
Automate the repetitive aspects of the test stands
Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports
Work closely with design engineers and flight test engineers to design, build, test and improve flight hardware
Basic Success Criteria
B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience

As a Flight Software Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll lead and grow the team responsible for the safety critical flight software that makes the aircraft fly. You'll own the maturation of engineering processes to balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-178C verification, supporting rapid integration and testing of GNC algorithms while building out the software architecture for certification.
You'll provide technical and architectural guidance on flight software components, from flight controls to redundancy management. Responsibilities
In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. You will support radar system integration and testing in the engineering lab and on the aircraft.
Basic Success Criteria
Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline
5+ years of professional hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuits, linear and switching power regulator circuits, PLL's, VGA, mixers etc.
Ability to use Circuit simulators, Altium schematic capture and layout, and SPICE simulation software
Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues
Experienced in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and Vector Network Analyzers

Responsibilities
In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:
Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities
Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles
Assist with our company's financial audits including audit schedule support
Support consolidations with our company's subsidiary
Prepare hourly & salaried payroll for semi-monthly processing
Credit card and expense reimbursement program management
Support data migration and UAT testing for ERP system implementation
Coordinate tax filing compliance with outside tax compliance team: federal, state, etc.
Basic Success Criteria
BA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
CPA certification or Strong US GAAP knowledge
