Job Description
Under supervision, the incumbent will be cleaning and housekeeping of buildings and exterior areas, including classrooms, auditoriums, administrative offices, waiting areas and restrooms using various cleaning chemicals and disinfectants. Follows established infection-control practices to ensure a clean and safe environment. May oversee biohazardous waste disposal process according to established procedures and quality standards. Follows established procedures for dealing with potential hazards. Monitors inventory and inspects equipment for repair and / or replacement.
Work may include trash and recycling material removal, meeting room set-up. Involves the management, long-range planning, organization, coordination, oversight and / or performance of multiple operational activities and services for one or more buildings, including space planning, general maintenance, specialized facility systems and operations, call center triage and tracking of repair services, move planning and coordination, development of procedures, policies and communications related to infrastructure and safety.
This position is a limited term appointment that is 10% variable.
Pay Scale: $21.56/hour to $24.26/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic calculations, and follow oral and written instructions.

This is not a junior sales role.

You will own new business development for:

  • Boutique hotel groups
  • Independent hotel management companies
  • Multi-unit restaurant groups

  • Casinos, resorts, and destination properties


You will be trusted to operate like a founder in the field -Β  building relationships, opening doors, shaping programs, and closing six to seven figure uniform deals.

The opportunity

The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. Background:
MA's movement-centered mission works with and for diverse Muslim and historically marginalized communities to build community power, fight systemic oppression, and demand shared wellbeing. We work in coalition with grassroots and community-based partners to dismantle discriminatory systems, including systems of state surveillance, mass incarceration, detention and deportation, and family regulation. We also work to defend movements from targeted state repression related to their principled dissent. The senior staff attorney will report to the legal director and play a key role in our litigation and advocacy across all areas of our work.

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive (Business to Business) to join our Commercial Sales team! In this role you will be a solution seller by identifying opportunities to leverage TDS' full complement of solutions and technology offerings which encompass, hosted and premise-based VoIP solutions, managed services, and web security. You are a business-to-business sales professional and accountable for developing new business opportunities by cold calling and prospecting (door to door). You will focus on uncovering customer needs, understanding key business drivers, leveraging the latest technology, and delivering compelling TDS solutions to our prospects that meet their business needs in a timely manner.

Location: The Business Account Executive will have a prospecting territory of the Madison, Janesville, or Brookfield, WI areas, and will report to our Middleton, WI sales office five days per week for those in the area, or in a hybrid fashion for those outside of the Madison area.

What does a day in the life of a Business Account Executive at TDS look like?

You'll start by gathering with your team to start out your day. There will be a brief team meeting, opportunity to share successes, challenges, and plans as well as learn and share best practices. While there are some scheduled Team's Meetings, such as trainings, or 1 on 1s with your manager, the majority of your time will be spent prospecting, developing opportunities and closing and processing sales while creating your activity plan in our CRM (Salesforce).

Senior Account Executives are targeted to make $97,830+ per year (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities :
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers as well as existing customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
  • Leverage the TDS CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer status and forecasting utilizing the CRM system for all new prospects and the existing strategic customer base.
  • Write and submit accurate and timely new customer orders following the established sales process. The SR Account Executive will also manage/place moves, adds, changes and deletion orders (MACD) for their existing customer base.
  • Conduct sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information, determine how TDS can help solve business challenges and effectively communicate TDS' value proposition to prospective customers and their existing customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue growth for new and existing customer base. Make regular contact with existing base, building that relationship and growing the revenue's from those accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacts and lead sources.
Qualifications : Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years sales experience.
  • 2+ years cold calling experience.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.

The Senior Cash Flow Analyst manages the company’s cash flow and liquidity forecasting. They are responsible for monitoring short-term cash flow forecasts and analyzing discrepancies to optimize cash management. The Senior Cash Flow Analyst will collaborate cross functionally to obtain accurate and timely cash flow reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop, maintain and enhance the direct cash flow model to support short-term forecasting.
  • Conduct detailed cash flow analyses to monitor liquidity, identify risks, and recommend actions to optimize cash utilization including identifying operational inefficiencies and opportunities within working capital management.
  • Collaborate closely with FP&A, Accounting and Treasury teams to ensure accurate and timely cash flow reporting, including variance analysis of actuals vs forecast.
  • Analyze historical trends in key working capital components (e.g., accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory) to assess and forecast their impact on cash flow.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating complex processes and identifying opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate manual workflows.
  • Utilize FX and commodity forecasts from Signet’s operating entities to prepare hedging analyses and develop recommendations.
  • Execute spot and hedge transactions and prepare documentation such as quarterly mark-to-market valuation and hedge effectiveness analysis.
  • Support the development of a robust and scalable FX and hedging program.
  • Prepare daily cash position and ensure payments are initiated and completed on a timely basis.



POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in cash flow forecasting, accounting, or financial analysis, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Must be familiar with standard financial concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance/accounting/treasury field.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Knowledge of working capital management and liquidity optimization strategies.
  • Strong analytical, Excel and financial modeling skills.
