University Health Service is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat students, faculty, staff, retirees and others in need of urgent, continuing, and preventative medical care.

Responsibilities*
Under a collaborative physician agreement, the PA will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Patient contact (80%) Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultations to patients age 10 + with a wide variety of acute and chronic health concerns that present in an ambulatory setting. The scope of care includes comprehensive primary care including all common mental health conditions, PREP/PEP, gender affirming care, and non-operative gynecological care to both students and non-students. Provide weekend coverage on a rotating basis. Maintain compliance with billing and coding practices. Participate in the management of on-site medical emergency procedures. Perform common minor office procedures, including I&D, laceration, and LARC.
Administrative/non-patient contact (20%) Provide indirect patient care via phone calls, patient portal, and other modes of communication. Attend and actively participate in on-site Continuing Medical Education activities and other outside CME activities relevant to specific area of training. Participate in the administrative functioning of UHS through various committees, work-groups or special projects as directed by the Medical Director or designee. Complete regular peer review and quality improvement activities as coordinated through the Primary Care clinics and the Quality Improvement Committee.

This position is with Medi-Weightloss in Canton, Michigan in a newly built 2,000 square foot clinic. Low stress, low key environment focusing on preventative medicine. All appointments scheduled to fit available staffing & time for charting.
This position requires in-Clinic presence on FRIDAY: 7:30 am ? 1:30 pm, and 3 times per month on Saturdays from 7:30 am-12:30 pm. Additional hours likely available, if desired, as the Clinic grows.

With strong operations leadership already in place, this role is centered on commercial performance, customer engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead U.S. strategy and financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
- Drive the commercial agenda: sales strategy, key account growth, pipeline development, and pricing
- Expand new business while deepening senior-level customer relationships, particularly in automotive and adjacent markets
- Ensure alignment of commercial goals with operational capabilities in partnership with the Head of Operations
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Serve as the senior representative with customers, suppliers, and global leadership, ensuring alignment with group strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, business development, and key account management
- Automotive Tier I or Tier II experience preferred; global or matrixed exposure a plus
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership presence
