The practice includes significant work relating to wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblowers, unpaid wages, and restrictive covenants (non-competes/non-solicits) and trade secrets. The practice includes both individual and collective/class action claims. The practice focuses on high value claims; it is not a volume practice.
