We're looking for a backend engineer with a few years of experience who's ready to grow. This role will maintain and improve the systems that power a 100+ year old retail company — writing clean code, learning from senior engineers, and shipping features that matter. The ideal candidate is prepared to contribute meaningfully, receive constructive feedback, and develop professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend systems and APIs in C# / .NET with SQL
• Implement features across our applications
• Collaborate with the team to uphold engineering standards, including testing, code reviews, and clean architecture
• Learn from senior engineers and team members
• Contribute to frontend work as needed (this is not a full-stack role, though comfort with HTML/CSS/JS is expected)
• Actively seek feedback and pursue continuous professional development

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3 years of software development experience
• C# / .NET expertise as a primary development platform
• SQL basics, including writing queries, understanding joins, and troubleshooting data issues
• Demonstrated desire for feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Intellectual curiosity and a propensity to question and understand underlying systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST API design
• Familiarity with testing (unit tests, integration tests)
• Exposure to CI/CD
• Any experience with retail or enterprise systems

Procurement Manager – Manufacturing Industry

The Procurement Manager opportunity is with a multi-billion dollar manufacturer with consistent growth, great company culture, and career development. This role will be responsible for systematic evaluations of commodities, spend, and suppliers in order to reduce risk and provide favorable value throughout the organization. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience with a large organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies
• Managing daily procurement department activities, supervise staff, and allocate assignments
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, process, timelines, etc.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and management inventory requirements
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
• Project Management and continuous improvement of purchasing systems and processes; removes non-value added and manual tasks to achieve optimal performance
• Employee training on purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system
• Negotiates advantageous pricing, terms, warranties, delivery and handling obligations, and penalties for late delivery
• MRP System updated regarding order status, pricing, lead-times, delivery coordination, etc.
• Coordinates with Supplier development and quality to achieve cost of quality goals and reimbursement success
• Commodity Management support to achieve departmental goals including Supplier selection, RFP’s, RFQ’s for team evaluation

• Develops departmental KPI’s to ensure process control and continuous improvement

• In conjunction with Director of Procurement, hires and manages Procurement staff as assigned
• Administers everyday activities of purchasing staff and provide training to staff to ensure compliance to cGMP
• Conducts performance evaluation conversations and coaching

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with suppliers and prepare reports for purchasing department and provide effective interface with all departments

• Supervises audit activities for departmental compliance with cGMP, ISO9001, IATF 16949 and all other certification requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain/ Business/ Engineering or related field; equivalent level of education, training and experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience at a supervisory, management, or senior professional level role with emphasis on purchasing, procurement, or materials management
• Broad knowledge and understanding of business costing, economics, and commercial awareness
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, material specifications, pricing indices, etc.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills; builds positive working relationships with staff; can effectively lead, coach/mentor and develop clerical and support staff

Position Summary:

Teller efficiently handles members' financial transactions while providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities where Diamond can assist members in achieving their financial goals.

Essential Functions:

• Process daily member transactions in a prompt, accurate and efficient manner; these transactions include withdrawals and deposits, check cashing, transfers, advances of Credit Card and Line of Credit products, and redemption of saving bonds.
• Responsible for the operation and balancing of a teller drawer.
• Demonstrate an excellence in service; the ability to meet and exceed members' expectations, as well as providing the 'wow' member experience.
• Support branch development initiatives, execute assigned branch development tactics and meet individual goals.
• Effectively handle and resolve member complaints, conflicts, questions, and general inquiries pertaining to their account.

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times

• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas

• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures

• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable

• Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience

• Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required

• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required

What You Bring to the Table

• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications

• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required

• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations

• Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $33.95 -$39.95.?
