A leading MEP contractor is looking to appoint a Safety Manager in Cheyenne, WY. You will be responsible for pushing forward the safety program at a project level, to ensure a strong safety culture and performance amongst the job-site team. The Role:

• Undertake job site inspections, accident investigations and audits as deemed necessary - putting forward corrective actions to continually develop the safety program and culture
• Work in partnership with the Division Safety Manager in highlighting key safety metrics/trends on projects, which will be reported back to senior leadership
• Conduct new hire-orientation and implement training programs in compliance with all OSHA requirements
• Engage with all operational leadership, job-site teams, GC and the client in regards to safety related matters - acting as the technical expert for any issues that may arise

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 7-10 years proven experience managing safety on major construction projects. MEP experience highly desired.
• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or other related discipline (preferred)
• A strong communicator who can engage with both key internal and external stakeholders
• Based in Cheyenne, WY and able to be on-site daily (relocation assistance on offer for non-local candidates)

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years of senior leadership in human services or healthcare

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized hospice care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams

• Educate and support families and caregivers, helping them understand symptom management and end-of-life care
• Monitor changes in patient condition, adjusting interventions to maintain quality of life
• Coordinate care with hospice physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to provide holistic support
• Document all care provided, symptom changes, and family interactions accurately and in compliance with hospice regulations
• Ensure adherence to hospice best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Offer emotional and psychological support to both patients and their loved ones during the end-of-life journey

JOB SUMMARY

Works under the supervision of the Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor. Follows established procedures for cleaning and maintaining patient areas. Performs other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

• 
  
• Follows Hospital and department policies and procedures.
  
• Selects cleaning materials and supplies, transports to assigned work area.
  
• Disinfects all areas of the patient rooms and patient care areas, nursing stations, lobbies, cafeteria, chapel, public restrooms, ancillary areas, office areas as well as vacuuming hallway/lobby entrance mats,
  
• Maintains elevators, stairways, vents, light fixtures and all carpeting and hard floors.
  
• Responds to patient housekeeping requests.
  
• Prepares discharged patient rooms for new admissions.
  
• Adheres to all safety and infection control guidelines.
  
• Complies with isolation policies as indicated by protocol.
  
• Reports maintenance/repairs issues noted during course of housekeeping work.
  
• Removes regular and bio-hazard trash according to procedure and protocol in assigned areas.
  
• Changes soiled cubicle curtains as needed or on a rotating basis.
  
• Cleans and restocks cart at end of shift.
  
• Cleans and returns all equipment to storage area.
  
• Attends department meetings as required.
  
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel and patient/ resident care and related information.
