Role Overview

Noble 33 is a premier national restaurant group dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through innovative design and operational excellence. The Construction Project Manager role oversees construction from early planning through turnover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest brand and quality standards.

This role partners closely with internal teams and external partners to support Noble 33's multi-unit growth and reinvestment strategy while building scalable processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and long-term asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction for new restaurant openings and capital projects.
• Support project goals through early feasibility assessments, cost estimating, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting to senior leadership on project status, budgets, schedules, risks, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management experience in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Strong understanding of building systems, particularly MEP as it relates to food service.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, estimating, and scheduling.
• Proven success negotiating construction contracts and leading external partners.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA, NSF, and local jurisdictional requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

IN A NUTSHELL

The A&E Manager is responsible for preparing detailed architectural and engineering drawings and specifications for MD7 clients within the telecom industry. The A&E Manager will ensure all drawings follow company standards and state and local codes and ordinances. Additionally, the A&E Manager will attend site visits as necessary to obtain field measurements and photos to complete the drawings. The A&E Manager will ensure compliance and delivery on all telecommunication projects, in such a manner as to provide the highest quality of services to MD7 customers.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Leads and supports a team to achieve goals through clear direction, collaboration, and accountability. Oversees daily operations while fostering growth, performance, and a positive work environment.
• Accurately and effectively prepare architectural & engineering drawings, analysis, and specifications by agreed upon deadlines.
• Ensure drawings adhere to company standards, as well as state and local codes/ordinances.

DO YOU BRING?

DAY-TO-DAY

• Prepare preliminary utility designs
• Review final utility designs received from power company and implement into overall design
• Request, receive and evaluate construction bids
• Manage electrical design for EVSE installations, including load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout
• Oversee construction execution to ensure projects are built per design, code, and schedule
• Coordinate with utilities, inspectors, and contractors to resolve field issues
• Ensure all installations meet applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
