The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Part Time work hours - Our business requires a flexible scheduling consisting of days, evenings and weekends. Weekly average hours for part time is 20-25. Hours fluctuate weekly in accordance with business needs.
• Part Time Training Requirements - All Team Members are provided paid training and expected to successfully complete all components of training within the first 30 days. This includes web based and hands-on training.
• All Team Members are expected to report to work as scheduled and required to record work time through our electronic time and attendance system. Excessive lateness and/or absences is not acceptable.

The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. At the direction and delegation of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, completion of paperwork, and preparation of deposits. Our client is a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm with over 50 years of experience and offices across New Jersey and New York. They've recovered millions for clients and are members of both the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forums.

The Role

We're seeking a motivated plaintiff personal injury attorney to handle a diverse docket including motor vehicle accidents (car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, bus, pedestrian), construction accidents, premises liability, slip and fall, work injuries, medical malpractice, defective products, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.

What We're Looking For

• New Jersey bar license (required; NY a plus)
• 2+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience preferred
• Casualty, wrongful death, trucking, premises liability, industrial experience is a plus
• Strong litigation and client communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
