**Qualifications:**

- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.

- Ability to handle packages weighing up to 75 pounds.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends.

- Experience in delivery driving is preferred.

**Working Conditions:**

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced CDL A Drivers to join our team. Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of loads while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Transport and deliver loads on scheduled routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes and delivery status

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Valid CDL Class A License
• Hazmat, Tanker, and TWIC endorsements required
• No more than 2 preventable accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DWI in the last 5 years
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

In addition, they provide valuable input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.

Department Supervisors have strong product and operational knowledge.

Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution or a combination of multiple departments depending on store structure.

Location: Sheridan, WY

• Drivers average $1,200-$1,650 gross per week*
• Local Base Pay: Earn $25 per hour
• Local Flex Pay: Earn $28 per hour
