The Job:

SmartStart Education seeks a small group Algebra and ELA Tutor to work with small groups of high school students on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Each small group consists of 1-4 students. Each group consists of students who have been identified as students who are struggling with fundamental algebra and ELA skills. Students are from grade levels 9th through 12th.

The tutor will work with each group several times throughout the week at a high school in Dayton, OH. Groups will take place within the classroom (push-in services) or outside of the classroom (pull-out services). Tutors should be flexible and comfortable with both settings. Each tutor will be given the responsibility of taking daily attendance and monitoring student progress using a personal device (mobile phone).

Job Details:

The tutoring position begins promptly on March 17, 2026 and ends on May 14, 2026. The schedule will be 8am through 3pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Applicants are encouraged to schedule interviews as soon as possible to allow ample time to complete onboarding steps. Failure to do so may result in a position being unavailable.

Salary Range: $214.20 to $235.62 per day.

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join a dynamic team.

The primary role of the Cloud Architect is to help develop robust technical solutions and detailed execution plans that align with the center's prioritized IT and data requirements. Daily responsibilities involve carefully evaluating existing data repositories and applications amongst the customers to determine how to consolidate and migrate to more efficient and modern technologies. The responsibility also requires the architect to work closely with the members of the cloud team to refine data, IT, and cloud adoption strategies, ensuring that every piece of technology and every process contributes to our overall mission effectiveness.

Relate Search has partnered with a growing, innovation-driven manufacturing organization in their search for a Project Manager to play a key role within their Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This individual will lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on supporting major product launches that drive business growth and operational excellence. Reporting to senior PMO leadership, you'll help shape project management standards, mentor peers, and ensure strategic initiatives are executed successfully. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence process improvements and partner with leaders across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of moderate to complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful product launches.
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to secure resources, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Develop and manage key project deliverables including business cases, schedules, budgets, risk logs (RAID), and change management documentation.
  • Monitor project and portfolio performance using data and KPIs, proactively identifying risks, solving problems, and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in project management methodology, mentor peers, and help standardize best practices across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of project management, product management, or related experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, ideally supporting product launches.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Manufacturing experience and PMP certification preferred; strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills required.

As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth. Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the store leadership team (SLT).
  • Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through effective and fair leadership.
  • Responsible for owning and delegating leadership tasks to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
  • Partner with the SLT to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
  • Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback.
  • Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus.
  • Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modelling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
  • Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
  • All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
  • Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
  • Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
  • Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
  • Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
  • Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
