Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provider is responsible for rounding and managing the clinical care of the population at the assigned SNF.
  • The provider is responsible for rounding daily and prescribing medications and treatments for residents residing at SNFs.
  • Provider will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in SNFs.
  • Provider is responsible for timely documentation of all patient care/encounters
  • The provider will be available for phone/secure messaging consultations with facility nursing staff.
  • Provider documentation is completed in Theoria?s proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy?.
  • PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech are the most commonly used facility EHR systems.
  • Provider is expected to be on-site on and on time for their in-person scheduled shifts.
  • Timely attendance is imperative.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Shift Structure

  • Rounding time is 7AM-1PM local time, during which the provider must be available to nursing staff and address acute/emergent issues that arise.
  • Shifts begin around 7AM local time with flexibility within reason.
  • Shifts are daily Monday-Friday
  • Charting/documentation can be completed off-site.
  • This is an in-person position.

Job Description Summary:

Riverside Methodist Hospital is hiring for a full-time (32 hours/week), day shift Ultrasound Technologist, which consists of two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week; weekend rotation is every 4th weekend. One 10-hour on-call shift is required every 2 weeks.

The Ultrasonographer independently performs requested ultrasound examinations, searching for any possible pathology as indicated by the patient's symptoms/medical history and/or results from previous testing. The position reviews and discusses the ultrasound findings with the radiologist and a diagnosis is made.

Responsibilities And Duties:

Performs various ultrasound examinations. Subjectively interprets information based on judgmental decisions by Ultrasonographers, requiring in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology. Maintains complete knowledge of wave form physics, i.e. time gain compensation curves, attenuation factors, etc. , required to set equipment variable properly for appropriate imaging of specific anatomy. Assists Radiologists with performance of invasive procedures.

Independently evaluates normal vs. abnormal test results in correlation with patient history, previous examinations, lab results, etc.

Independently gives preliminary ultrasound results to attending physicians, surgeons, residents, etc. regarding any vascular ultrasound procedures as determined by site accreditation.

Our Client is seeking Project Manager to support projects across multiple sectors within the organization. This role is responsible for managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with scope, complexity, and level of autonomy aligned to experience.

Project Managers partner closely with Superintendents, Estimating, Accounting, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from pre-award planning through final closeout
  • Lead project setup including contracts, purchasing, schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and cost controls
  • Coordinate submittals, RFIs, procurement, change orders, and material delivery
  • Review and approve invoices, pay applications, change order pricing, and project billings
  • Partner with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule, safety, and quality expectations
  • Maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Lead job meetings and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and solutions
  • Track projected costs versus estimated costs and produce accurate cost and fee reports
  • Support or lead design-build efforts when applicable, coordinating with architects and engineers
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers (as applicable)
  • Ensure complete project closeout documentation, including warranties, punch lists, and turnover materials
  • Maintain accurate project data in CMiC and ensure field teams have current project information
  • Participate in project interviews, presentations, and pursuit efforts as needed


Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience level flexible — candidates may be considered at the Project Manager I, II, or Senior level based on background
  • Typically 4–10+ years of construction industry experience, with increasing responsibility in project management or estimating roles
  • Experience across multiple project types or market sectors is a plus


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management and financial systems (CMiC preferred)
  • Excellent organization, planning, and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required based on project needs
