POSITION SUMMARY
As our catering delivery driver you will be the face of QDOBA representing yourself and QDOBA with enthusiasm and great hospitality!
We are currently looking for a Catering Delivery Driver who will be an integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team. This person would:
- Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
- Obtain guests' signatures on all orders.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
- Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
- Double check accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
- Potentially work as a Team Member when not making deliveries, as outlined in the Team Member Job description.
Requirements:
To remain compliant with state and federal laws, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance
- Valid driver's license (must maintain on person at all times)
- Submit to a MVR report to establish good driving history within the past 36 months
- No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
- Must have an operable personal cell phone
- Must use personal cell phone to track (via app or text) when departing the restaurant with a catering order and when completing the delivery, in accordance with company safety procedures (which prohibit device usage while actively driving)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

With moderate supervision, the Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. - Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
- Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices, including scam awareness, safety best practices, and making bank deposits as required.
- Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
- Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
- Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately. Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
- Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager / Store Manager 2 / Assistant Store Manager as needed.
- Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
- Visually inspect associates and leaders packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
- Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, all policies and procedures in the Associate Handbook and the Code of Standards, Ethics & Conduct.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures.
- Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.
- Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.

Job Summary:
All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops and are required to load packages onto hand trucks and unload product at each stop on the assigned route in the order they are designated by the Transportation Department Manager. The candidate will operate successfully in a cross-dock model picking up a loaded truck from a nightly delivery at the assigned loading dock and return the empty truck back to the assigned lot at the end of the route. Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the countrys food supply chain. The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
