What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow strategic revenue through outbound business development
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts (fleets, operators, institutions, resellers)
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and repeat buyers
- Develop outbound strategies using calls, email, Zoom meetings, and in-person outreach
- Leverage ZoomInfo to source, research, and enrich high-quality prospects
- Convert inbound opportunities into multi-vehicle or repeat deals
- Manage the full deal lifecycle in HubSpot with disciplined pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with marketing, inventory, ops, and leadership to unlock new growth channels
- Track and report weekly KPIs: pipeline value, meetings booked, deals closed, and revenue
- Act as the voice of the customer—feeding insights back into pricing, inventory, and process

Job Description
Under general supervision, the Seal Repair Technician is responsible for all processes related to disassembly and assembly of rotating equipment. The Seal Repair Technician follows instruction from a Repair job packet and router to perform DCI (Dismantle Clean and Inspect) and gives a written description of the wear and condition of critical components seal.
This position completes all inspection forms taking pictures of all critical components and uses inspection equipment for proper documentation of the assembly. With assistance identifies, inspects and evaluates material returned, determines repair operations, performs simple shop operations, verify specifications, initiate work and purchase orders.
Receives John Crane parts and materials returned by customers and branch offices. Evaluates from a condition of material, checks current drawing revisions and general product knowledge whether material is repairable or non-repairable.
- Identifies and inspects material returned.
- Ensures all components are properly cleaned and free from foreign material per departmental procedures
- Performs the assembly of the seal once the repair has been released to the shop and all components have been replaced or reconditioned and marked ready for assembly.
- Under close supervision, repairs returned seals and seal parts.
- May perform parts structuring, checks cost structure, and determines price of repair, ensures assembly is structured correctly, and price repair.
- Determines necessary repair operations, ensures BOM (bill of materials) / drawings / repair parts match.
- Performs simple operations on drill press (single spindle), tool post grinder, bead blast polisher and lapping machine.
- Verifies part specifications with measuring instruments such as micrometer, vernier caliper, dial indicator and optical flats.
- May initiates purchase orders for new jobs if vendors are involved.
- Consults with Engineering or Sales departments as necessary.
- Maintains necessary records and small inventory of seal parts used for repair orders.
- Works from factory work orders, prints, rework orders and verbal instructions.
- Assists newer repair personnel as necessary.
- Sets up and troubleshoots lapping machines for repair maintenance.
- May perform direct contact with customers on service and/or phone, checks computer system for credit and address information, price repairs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mechanical assembly positions

Avantor is looking for a DEIB Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Avantor's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy by providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the DEIB team.
This role ensures smooth execution of DEIB programs and events, oversees the administration of ACT activities, manages key reporting requirements, and helps to further progress against strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
1. ACT (Associate Centric Team) Support & Program Administration

Track attendance and participation metrics for all DEIB events and prepare required reports.
3. DEIB Academy & Career Accelerator Program Support
Provide administrative support for DEIB career accelerator and learning programs including managing registration, communication flow, attendance, and follow-up reporting.
Maintain reporting on the Workday Reward section up to date.
Keep track of participant lists and progress dashboards.
4. Data, Metrics, Maintenance & Reporting
Support the analysis of DEIB program data and performance against strategic metrics.
Maintain high accuracy tracking systems and collaborate with HR and analytics partners as needed.
Maintain accuracy of the DEIB Culture Minutes, the DEIB Avantor Connect pages and relevant DEIB knowledge articles in the MyHR Library
5. Engagement Committee Coordination
Oversee the scheduling, promotion, preparation, and documentation for Engagement Committee meetings.
Lead the monthly meetings promoting ACTs activities and connecting sites to share opportunities to collaborate.
Ensure timely dissemination of agendas, materials, action items, and communication updates.

Pay Transparency:

The Metals Supervisor leads the mechanics and support crafts responsible for maintaining fixed equipment in the refinery. This includes, but is not limited to heaters, boilers, ducting, vessels, piping, valves, and structural steel. This role oversees union metals mechanics, contractors (union and non-union), and outside shops to successfully complete their tasks in a safe and cost-effective manner. The Metals Supervisor assures all maintenance work complies with applicable safety, engineering, safe work practice standards, laws, and regulations.
Role Specific Competencies

- Follow job plans and communicate with Planner for needed changes
- Provide Planner feedback for any planning deficiencies (Missed steps, materials, Man-hours, etc.)
- Perform follow-up rounds with crews, both Monroe and contractor, regularly throughout shift (no greater than every two hours) Items to be evaluated include:

The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:

- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

Key Responsibilities
- Detailed Bid Analysis: Thoroughly review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities, accurately calculating material quantities, labor hours, and equipment needs for comprehensive cost estimations.
- Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and establish strong working relationships, negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Cost Breakdown: Develop detailed cost breakdowns for all project elements, including earthwork, grading, drainage, concrete structures, paving, and utilities, ensuring accuracy in estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project scope, site conditions, and market fluctuations, incorporating contingency planning into estimates.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare clear and concise bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns, project schedules, and technical specifications, aligning with client requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize construction estimating software to generate accurate cost calculations, quantity takeoffs, and project reports.

- Previous experience in construction project management and preparation of cost estimates using Excel, B2W Estimate, HCSS HeavyBid, etc…
