Responsibilities:
- Transports participants around the community, to and from medical appointments and other outside appointments, as necessary.
- Assists participants to and from the van for all pickups and drop offs. Β

- Notifies the Director immediately of any incidents out of the ordinary, client injuries, client falls, or accidents.

- Assists the Day Care Center Staff with local activities and other duties, as needed.
- Ability to pass a fit test. Β Position may include duties that require wearing a face mask where a seal is critical. Incumbent may be required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.

Qualifications:
- Valid state Driverβs License from the state of residence
- Minimum 5 years of safe driving experience

Responsibilities: This is a Staff Attorney position that mainly involves representing clients who seek access to state shelter benefits, who face termination of shelter benefits, or those seeking accommodation of disability-related needs or other rights within the state shelter system. The Staff Attorney, supervised by a Senior Attorney and working as part of GBLS's Shelter Team, will use individual cases to promote systemic change. The Staff Attorney will also work with Shelter Team advocates on implementing the settlement terms of a class action lawsuit, Garcia vs. DHCD, and may also participate in other homelessness prevention tasks, such as representation of families in eviction cases, advocating for homeless families seeking permanent affordable housing, and preservation, or access to, other housing benefits.
The position involves responsibility for client cases including interviews, factual investigation, research and analysis of law, development of written and oral legal arguments, negotiation with agency officials and staff, preparation for and handling of administrative, and court hearings. The position may also include legislative advocacy, policy advocacy, and supervising law students and volunteers.
Additionally, this position may also include some of the full range of activities of the Housing Unit, including support for tenants who live in public and subsidized housing, helping tenant organizations preserve affordable housing, impact litigation, and any other work of the Housing Unit. Should funding for this position change, the attorney may be required to assume work in a different area of law within GBLS.
Qualifications: Current or pending admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required. Experience in representing homeless families, housing law, and/or negotiation experience preferred. Salary is based on a union scale. For an attorney with one year of experience, starting salary is $77,500 and starting salary of $83,500 for an attorney with 5 years of experience, with additional annual increases based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS.
This is a fulltime role at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Essential Job Functions: Coordinate, conduct, and manage the logistics activities with the Government TOMA.
Provide Technical Data Support Services (TDSS) required for the sustainment of technical data.
Advise on the acquisition, sustainment, and preparation of technical data such as technical order documents and engineering data.
Provide support in documenting any changes or revisions to all TOs and other documents that may be impacted by a modification or safety issue.
Determine and correlate requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program plans.
Work with support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister and coalition services.
Participate in creating maintenance and life cycle logistics plans for product transitions.
Identify and address sustainment problem areas.
Manage and adjust plans and schedules to meet specific requirements on time.
Perform clerical and office operations support.
Provide analytical support for key logistics metrics in reviews.
Help plan, evaluate, and implement program acquisition and sustainment strategies.
Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S.
Citizenship is required.
Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a professional discipline from an accredited educational program and 12 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of systems acquisition defined in DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, including an understanding of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force.
Desired Skills: Master's Degree in a professional engineering discipline from an accredited educational program and 8 years of directly related experience with 3 years of experience in a DoD setting.
