Minimum Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (or similar degree).

EXPERIENCE 7+ plus years of design experience with injection molded plastic products. A basic understanding of injection molding principles. Proven project management experience from initial product planning and scope definition through delivery to customers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator. Must be open-minded, team-oriented, clear communicator, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Should have a good mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
