Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
- Obtain materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels (i.e., Just in Time purchases, use of EOQ - Economic Order Quantities).

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at our Fieldstone RTH program in Wilsonville, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate I will provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients. They will provide personal care services and support that helps individuals develop appropriate daily living skills and independent activities of daily living to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate I will assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing, while encouraging client participation. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, they will pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the client’s primary care provider. Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term
A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Position Summary:

Position Overview
As a Commercial Construction Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our projects. You’ll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that every bid reflects our commitment to excellence and value.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop comprehensive project estimates
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings during the estimating process
- Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide cost-control recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role, with increasing responsibility within the role
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficient in using estimating software such as HeavyBid or Bluebeam
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
