Job Summary
PetSmart’s Professional Bather is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences, salon specific services and upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role also shares responsibility of store cleanliness, recommending of solutions for pet parents, and pet safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may vary depending on store characteristics and needs:
- Successful completion of PetSmart’s Splash training and safety certification program.
- Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register.
- Greets pet parents, answers their questions and assists with making reservations in the salon.
- Responsible for check-in and check-out procedures.
- Independently performs full menu of bath and brush services and standalone services, such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services, as well as standalone services for cats*, in accordance with PetSmart’s bathing standards and procedures.
- Shares additional health and wellness solutions with pet parents based on pet’s needs.
- Ensures a safe environment for our associates, pets, and pet parents.
- Responsible for taking immediate action when a sick/injured pet is identified in the store; transport to the vet as needed.
- Recommends, informs, and sells merchandise and services.
- Maintains total store cleanliness standards.
- Assists and works in other departments as required. Other duties may be assigned.

Position Summary:
Tenured Mako CSS/MPS Wanted! The Senior Clinical Sales Specialist (Sr. CSS) is specifically responsible for obtaining and maintaining expert knowledge on the Mako Robotic System for assigned territory and customers. The Senior CSS will provide clinical product support to all end users and provide on-site guidance and assistance before, during and after surgical procedures. Resolve technical product and service issues as needed. Provide training, ongoing in-services, and customer education to assigned account(s). Provides feedback on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction. The Senior CSS will also support the sales teams with manual sales case coverage in their assigned territories.
Clinical and Technical Expertise:
- Serve as front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff before, during and after surgical procedures.
- Train and guide surgeons and hospital staff in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot including set-up, breakdown and related intra-operative activities to ensure precise and successful surgical outcomes.
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for assigned cases and assist surgeons in pre-operative implant planning, implant sizing and positioning.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the robot independently or field escalation matters appropriately. Partner with Field Service team effectively to ensure technical issues are resolved and maintenance is delivered.
- Build knowledge of Stryker implants and instrumentation and mastery of the robot and its different robotic arm applications in order to become a trusted “go-to” for all case coverage types (robotic and manual).
- Support the sales teams with manual case coverage in assigned territory.
- Educate surgeons and staff on the clinical benefits of the robot and best practices with confidence, enthusiasm and respect.
- Complete Stryker Learning Management System (SLMS) assignments on an ongoing, timely basis.
Account and Territory Management:
- Own day to day coordination of accounts and necessary tasks to support scheduled robotic procedures. Support manual (non-Robotic) case coverage and/or cases outside of assigned territory when necessary.
- Manage inventory, instrumentation, and total case preparation. Ensure all cases are planned and reviewed with associated surgeons prior to scheduled surgeries.
- Ensure consistent time management between case preparation and case coverage to limit case delays.
- Develop knowledge of hospital and account preferences to meet or exceed customer expectations. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive, trusting relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
- Complete all necessary account administration duties (e.g. Case Tracker daily updates, PER process - Product Experience Report, RMA process - Return Material Authorization, case billing and closure). Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per quality and compliance system requirements.
- Partner with sales and marketing to support local product demonstrations/labs and showcase clinical value to potential customers.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal sales team members to achieve business objectives.
- Support the execution of the sales plan to grow product utilization and increase volume with current and potential surgeons.
Qualifications/Work Experience Requirements:
- BS/BA in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a sales or technical product environment is a plus.

- Must be mobile and willing to travel.

Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative has a responsibility to meet and exceed sales objectives in their assigned geography while in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory standards. The territory sales representative will work to understand and identify customer needs, aligning appropriate resources and all pull through activities. Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drives sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Maintain advanced product and disease state expertise to effectively engage Gastroenterologists, Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and office-staff delivering clinically focused messages introducing a new treatment option and overcoming objections.
- Continuously builds understanding of territory market dynamics and market access opportunities accelerating pull through by effectively communicating with HCPs and office staff.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Manager and Strategic Account Specialists (SAS) to effectively develop territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Works with peers, marketing, training, and sales operations driving operational execution and sharing best practices.
- Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective use of CRM, and expense reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years or more of successful medical sales experience (e.g., dental, medical device, laboratory, diagnostics) or one year pharmaceutical sales experience; GI Specialty experience preferred
- Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
- Experience launching new products
- Demonstrated success leveraging all resources (marketing, market access pull through and technology solutions).

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000.

Salary and Benefits
Base Salary: GL-9/GS-11: $63,148 $120,145 per year
Locality Pay: Varies by duty location
Overtime: Up to 25% additional pay
This is a career ladder position progressing from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You may be promoted after 52 weeks at each level without reapplying.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a BPA, you help protect the U.S. by securing borders, stopping illegal activity, and supporting economic stability.
Typical assignments include:
- Questioning individuals and inspecting documents and property
- Apprehending undocumented individuals or smugglers using covert surveillance and infrared scopes
- Tracking and interpreting signs of illegal entry
- Performing farm, traffic, building, city, and transport checks
- Patrolling using vehicles, horses, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, or motorcycles
Qualifications
GL-9: One year of specialized experience at the next lower level, including:
- Searching detained persons, vehicles, and surroundings
- Apprehending or restraining suspects in violation of law
- Using firearms, writing reports, serving warrants, and gathering case evidence
GS-11: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, including:
- Using intelligence to monitor criminal threats and operations
- Leading fraud or contraband investigations
- Apprehending violators using surveillance and detection tech
There is no education substitution for GL-9 or GS-11 positions.
Other Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Residency: Must have lived primarily in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
- Age: Must be referred before turning 40 (exceptions for federal or veteran law enforcement)
- Veterans: May qualify under Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA)
Formal Training: After hiring, agents attend the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, NM for 6 months of instruction in immigration law, firearms, defensive tactics, Spanish, and more.
